I used to order here very often as it one of the places where they have vegan options and it’s close by my office. I ordered online multiple times and usually pick up my order in person during the lunch time.In one of this times I went back and said that their salsa they put to the side went bad - it smells rotten, looks bad, has a pickled taste. They apologized and replaced it promising that it will not happen again.Today I ordered the impossible bowl and again all salsa both inside the bowl and on the side went bad, it’s rotten.Unfortunately, they didn’t learn anything from the mistakes. I’ll not order anything here again, the worst quality food ever.

First experience about a month ago in Calabasas, was not impressed with the food. Baja Fresh-What happened to the fresh in Baja, tasted old. Tried again 1 month later, giving them a second chance. Same results, chicken tasted old. I've tried other Baja Fresh and they are " Fresh" Calabasas Baja Fresh, you need to get the Fresh back into Baja.

The mango salsa is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the best salsa ever do not get rid of it please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Baja Fresh Calabasas Rocks!!! Great Food!!! Great Service!!! and always get the order Right!!! Jr. is Awesome and I Love The Veggie Burrito It tastes Amazing... I suggested to Jr. if it's possible to get Corporate Baja Fresh to Allow your store to Offer the Exact same Burrito in an All "Organic Version" It would Sell out once the word got out and I'd tell everyone I know, I already do on the current non organic version, The Organic would take it to the next level...Thank You Baja Fresh Calabasas You're the Best!!!

Not what it used to be. But still good for that quick to go order. Service is fine, despite the rude kid that answered once and hung up on my wife. She barely said anything. He just was trying to be funny. The interior of the locations I've been to haven't had a remodel in years. With a company that's been sold so many times, you'd think they would make upgrades. Also, please bring back the salsa bar. Your competitors already have. We really miss the grilled scallions they used to give, too!
I almost chocked on a bone over three inches long in my Baja Burrito. I took it back immediately with the bone. You can literally die from those types of bones. I am so freaked out. I encloses a picture. I think a manager should contact me immediately.

Great Baja fresh very clean and cool inside perfect for the hot weather. Got the Baja bowl with chicken and its scrumptious although it's a busy area very peaceful. Great staff they were very fast !

I love the Baja and the Ultimo burritos. Just too bad some of the Baja Fresh restaurants around my house closed. It seems that in my neighborhood restaurants don't last too long.
