This is probably my favorite restaurant of all time. The eggplant short rib is phenomenal! Perfection.

I went to Crossroads for the first time tonight and it was off the charts good! Each dish had so much flavor. Happy to have such an outstanding vegan restaurant so close to me. I’ll be back for my birthday ?

I love Crossroads and love that they opened one at Calabasas which is close to where I live! We love their food, it is a on the fancier side but it is in LA so you can still show up in shorts and T shirt?. They also serve brunch o the weekend and it is excellent! This time I ordered the break the fast and my wife ordered the truffle mushroom Bianca pizza. We usually take the French toast which is fantastic! We have been there many times and we always enjoy the food and the ambiance. The service is also exceptional! For those of you who are not from LA. This is one of the place where you may see a celebrity or two, Courtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are some of the inventors in that restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-27

The pasta and flour is corn based. The butter and oil is hybrid canola 70% and olive oil 30% There are only two items soy free. And "We respectfully decline modifications to our dishes" and they won't budge. For example, they serve mashed potatoes (made with their hybrid butter) but they refused to make a plain potato. Which means they don't have any real potatoes in the kitchen and instead must use bags of potato flakes. So overall it's a hard pass for anyone interested in real food.

Gotta love high class fancy vegan food. And this place is delicious. But the portions are minuscule! I mean I don't mind paying $26 a plate if I got enough to fill me up. But no chance. So that means you have to also buy an appetizer (which are laughably tiny despite costing almost as much as an entree). And maybe you'll even need a dessert. My husband and I never walk out of there spending under $100 for the two of us. Also, the Melrose location is super friendly but everyone working at the Calabasas location always seems so snooty. I love this place. The service is super warm and we love sitting in Paola’s section. Their food is divine! They serve items that vegans miss that are a rarity- that wedge salad? Mmm! ? The eggplant short rib? Yes please! Also my babies love it here, it’s very family friendly.

Such a treat!!! Every dish was a work of art, beautiful aesthetics matched with absolute deliciousness. And the service was superb ~ friendly, knowledgeable waitstaff with visits from the owner and the manager to make sure we were happy. We decided Crossroads had magicians in the kitchen, turning mushrooms into scallops and creating blue cheese for the cheese plate out of almonds! Sublime birthday dinner ???

It’s like vegan fine dining. All the ingredients are high quality and I appreciate how they have, for example, a variety of vegan cheeses rather than just the one brand, unlike most vegan food establishments. The West Hollywood location feels like an old New York bistro, and the Calabasas location has more of a classic restaurant atmosphere with a bit of a rockstar interior. My mum and I first tried Crossroads while she was visiting LA for 3 weeks and we went back two more times!! Very comforting hearty Italian style food. The pizza is the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had!!! Now I order it via delivery at home. I never knew that this was a vegan restaurant as there’s two knives in the logo?? I must’ve gone past it for two years before I Googled vegan restaurants and saw this pop up. I think the food could convert near anyone to veganism! Our server was super lovely and attentive too.
