Service and atmosphere were excellent! However the food was overpriced, portions were tiny and largely without much taste.Soup and potatoes are inexpensive. No reason to charge so much and serve so little. One small baked potato was $15.00 and 4 oz or less of French onion soup was $14.00.Four of us ate a selection of items. Only items that were tasty were onion soup and butter beans.Pizza had almost no "cheese"

As an interracial / minority couple, we had the absolute worst Valentines Day dinner at Crossroads in Calabasas due to discrimination from Management. To keep this review short in knowing that we have already shared the full experience via email to Corporate Management (waiting on a reply), what could have been a simple solution to a matter escalated into a discriminatory disagreement from the manager on site. We were treated with assumption of our social class and level of education through the disrespectful and condescending tone, demeanor, and words used by the manager. After we made it clear to the manager that her level of disrespect was unacceptable, she ended our night by trying to cover up her mistakes from the conversation, try to get us to sympathize with her, and finally, not even return to our table to take our payment. To be clear, the summary above minimizes what actually occurred that night. It’s hard to put into a review the level of disrespect in this manager's tone, words, demeanor etc. This manager was completely out of line, and we’ve never experienced that level of discrimination at a restaurant in Los Angeles before. It’s safe to say that we will never be returning, but more importantly, we believe it’s important to shed light to the discrimination that occurred that night. In a country already filled with so much racism and classism, this is something unfortunately that we are not unfamiliar or ignorant to; however, we expected different from a credited establishment like Crossroads.During Black History Month, we could have chosen any black-owned restaurant to support on our Valentine’s Day dinner, but we chose to put our money and trust into Crossroads. Our hope is that Crossroads, as a business, does not represent the values that were shown that night and that future customers of all colors do not experience the level of judgement and discrimination that we did.

Server never came back to our table after we ordered our French Toast, we had ordered drinks and wanted a refill, never came back we’re waiting to hopefully get more water and another round but unfortunately she never returned to our table. Had to ask another server to even be able to get our check to leave.

If you love cheese or are a vegan who misses cheese, this is your place! The heavenly French onion soup and cheese plate were the favorites of the night.

Let me start of by saying that am a meat eater but i agreed to go to this restaurant with my two vegan friends looking for a positive experience. I found a few options and my server was helpful in determining what I could eat. Everything was going well until an abrupt interruption from the restaurant manager Scott that approached our table to notify "whoever ordered the salad with chicken we don't do that here" and then clapped and walked Off. experience wise that just left a really bad taste in my mouth. A couple of questions... Why did he wait until 15 minutes after I ordered to notify? Why were there no other options offered at the time that the kitchen was preparing my order? why did the server come back and not in traditional form offer something in return, GRATIS? none of that happened and instead I was just met with more attitude. Really bizarre. I did not expect it to be like that here especially in Calabasas. Oh well.... Hey Scott, perhaps you should get retrained in customer service.

Food was magnificent i was highly pleased! I rarely give 5 stars but this place was great, the breakfast burrito was yummy but a little dry, the sausage was INCREDIBLE. I'm normally not into vegan sausage but it was incredible and then just look at the table it was gorgeous!! Service was simple and polite, the food came out fast for a sunday afternoon! The bloody mary isss missing something , perhaps the tang , salt, or just needs a little more lime. Overall it was the perfect brunch experience on a sunday, we were in and out in a reasonable time and I am leaving a very satisfied customer.

We had a wonderful dining experience with heavenly food. I took one of my workmates who is an omnivore and she loved everything. She said if she didn't know, she wouldn't believe it was plant-based.Everything from the zucchini blossoms, fried olives, lasagna, spicy reggaetona vodka and the lemon tart is so divine. We also had a wonderful bottle of French Pinot with paired with the cheese plates that was a great deal for happy hour. All apps were on happy hour special for great price.I can't wait to go back.Vegetarian options: Vegan plant based perfection any veg omni would love too.

First time dining at Crossroads and we will definitely be back! Service was impeccable (thank you Chris!) and it was awesome to be able to order anything from the menu. We try to eat mostly plant based and it is difficult to find a restaurant with innovative dishes that look, smell and taste delicious! Highly recommend the Stuffed Squash blossoms, Wedge salad, Eggplant Short Rib and their homemade pasta. Delicious cocktails too. Perfect meal and experience for date night dinner!

This was an ok experience. The mushroom tarte was one of the BEST things i've eaten! I would come back just for this! 10/5. The eggplant shortrib was just ok. I was hoping for a meatier texture. 2.5/5. My friend enjoyed her lasagna and gave me a taste. 4/5 The squash was ok. I think I'll pass on this next time. 2.5/5. I look forward to trying some other dishes in the future.

We had a reservation and upon arrival was told we would have to sit at the bar. So we decided to wait for a table after being brushed off by the hostess with no indication how long the wait would be. The food was okay, but what really turned me off is I felt rushed the entire time. I didn’t really feel like I was able to enjoy myself on my date as they were try to turn and burn tables. While the server was very attentive it was hard to get a word in with my date as he kept interrupting us asking how each bite of food was. They had us out in 30 minutes. I barely even finished my drink. We decided to not order more and go eat some more at another restaurant.

I love having a local Vegan restaurant option near my house with a great ambiance and a little more upscale! That being said, I wish there was more consistency with the menu. Some items are really delicious, and others are quite bland and boring. Hands-down my favorite items are the rigatoni vodka and the linguine with scallops. Their vegan Caesar is also really good but a very small portion and the fried olives are a great appetizer. The cacio e pepe, tagliatelle bolognese, Marsala, mushroom pizza are all mediocre and I would not order them again. For dessert we were told their sundae was the best dessert on the menu, and we found it quite unappetizing. The ice cream wasn’t really creamy and more of a vanilla icy. Wouldn’t order again.
