We visited this sushi restaurant yesterday with our family to celebrate the end of the school year for our kids — and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was attentive and friendly, and the sushi… absolutely delicious! 🍣 Every roll was fresh and beautifully presented.

Ordered take out on 7/30 for 130$ at the end of the day. Both my husband and I ate it, went to bed and felt sick ALL night long. In the morning we both had diarrhea and felt weak. Took an entire day to recoup enough strength to function again. Called restaurant and was asked what we ate BEFORE ordering from a restaurant... I had breakfast at home and my husband skipped breakfast, so that was the ONLY meal he had had all day that day. When I asked for a refund of our money , another person took the phone and interrupting me started to question again and then told me that since no one else came by complaining, I just show a DRS note to prove that my last meal of the day made me THAT sick. I asked him if he thinks that I'm making up and lying about the whole situation, he kept insisting that it's food I ate many hours beforehand that's responsible for the resulting problem. Again, kept yelling over me and demanded that I show a note from the DR. Basically never actually speaking to me like a manager/owner operator should. I told him that my next phone call will be to a Health Department and he will get his food investigated. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT THIS or any other local sushi places!!!!!

We have loved this place since we lived in the neighborhood years ago and had the pleasure of dining in more recently. The food is still as fantastic as we remembered. Our favorites are the cucumber sunomono, classic nigiri, and this crispy albacore roll. Everything was just as good as we remembered. Its position in a grocery store mall seems a little out of place, but it is definitely worth the drive, and the views in the area are gorgeous, too.
