Went in for a quick meal and seriously dissapointed, bad service I had to go back in just to get the sauces I ordered, also and they gave me half ass filled sauce container that would be gone in 2 seconds not even 1/4th of it had sauce. Worst jack in the box staff and atmosphere ive ever been in. If it could be 0 stars I would have, just go somewhere else.

Drive in this morning was an terrible customer service by these two guys, first he couldn't get my order right, I had to repeat a very simple order three times then while waiting for the window to pay and get my order, they were talking to each other & totally ignoring their customer service duty! Useless employees. The management needs to Re-train or fire them!!!

I usually get good service at this location. Today was horrible. Hard to talk to in drive thru, No greeting, huffed when I asked for ranch and food was underwhelming. Asked for a burger with no pickles, and she added pickles.
I’m officially done with this Jack in the Box. I genuinely tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this location has made it clear they can’t get even the basics right. Last time, they gave me a completely different meal than what I ordered, and I had to waste more of my time going back. Sadly, this isn’t a one-off — it’s the third time they’ve royally screwed up my order.
And sure, maybe I should have checked before driving off, but when you have two hungry, restless kids in the car, you don’t exactly have time for a full inspection at the drive-thru window. Honestly, it doesn’t even matter anymore. I won’t be coming back unless it’s literally the last fast-food place left on Earth — and even then, I’d think twice.

The Boba was bad! Super hard and discolored. Should not have sold that. I would have took a regular coffee and the brownie is super small for close to $4!!! Other than that food was hit and edible.
