It's Jack in the Box; Burger and fries!!! Why not?(Update: October 16, 2023) I'm not sure what went wrong with my visit. I ordered 2x burgers and fries. I was sick within 15-20 minutes. This is odd because I am noticing I am experiencing food poisoning at almost every other place. I'm not sure if there is a correlation here. But it's uncanny that 4 out of 5 restaurants I visit, I am either smelling chemicals or experiencing food poisoning.(Symptoms: bloating, loss of weight, disorientation of vision and center of balance, feeling of throwing up, nausea, lethargy, ...groin, and leg pain?)(Odd Correlation: one very strange correlation is something an ex-girlfriend predicted, "gut problems," and subsequent to this prediction, I began smelling chemicals in coffee or drinks and feeling poised from food.)(Update: January 11, 2024)The chemical assembly has yeided the following. #DIETHYLSTILBESTROL#BENPERIDOLPRECAUTIONS: SEVERE RESPIRATORY DISEASE; PHOTOSENSITISATION MAY OCCUR AT HIGHER DOSES AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT. “…CONTAIN LACTOSE AND THEREFORE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR PATIENTS WITH RARE HEREDITARY PROBLEMS OF GLUCOSE-GALACTOSE MALABSORPTION SYNDROME AND LACTOSE INTOLERANCE.” ETC..The list of symptoms/side effects goes on, and is consistent in many states. Thus, a pattern emerged. Obviously it was not authorized and is being forced on me.This is also known as "Compulsory sterilization" and will now show up in a traditional drug test.

What can I say...Ultimate cheeseburger extra sauce ... a staple. Drive thru was quick and easy to understand on the intercom...always a bonus. Nice and friendly staff asked about condiments and napkins as well.

I made a mobile app on Christmas Eve where it said this location was open. When I went to pick up the food at the drive thru the employee told me that they were closed (which I don't think they were). The mobile app doesn't allow you to cancel the order so I asked if they can cancel my order and refund me. The worker in the intercom told me "sorry bro, we can't." Then they ignored me after that. I tried to call the location the next day but no one ever picks up. But looks like this is somewhat of a trend here looking at other reviews.

Jorge was super rude and unaccommodating they made my food wrong and when I went back to have them re make it he denied helping me. I’m pregnant with 4 kids and I had to drive all the way back there from school pick up way out of the way to be treated so rude. I was kind and nice so all I can think to do is write a

Paper straw for a shake, that disintegrates within a minute of use. No point in driving back through traffic to get a refund. Couldn't even drink the shake. Just don't buy any drinks from this location.

The food is fine. Nothing to note there but they have continuously managed to leave multiple items out of my order. What was worse was when I called the Jack in the box a half an hour later to tell them, the second I said they left items out of my order the employee immediately hung up the phone on me. I called back and she told me it was a different employee. It was 3 in the morning... extremely unhelpful and just straight up rude. Well if you go here really late and this lady is working there just mentally prepare to not get all your food and then have her immediately lie to you about it. Great job ma'am.
This guy is so much rude and when i was going to the drive thru i tell them that i have an online order i told my name and he said please come to the window. i went there and the guy saying that why you didn't tell us first on the window you have an order and you just came here. i said no i just talked with one of your guys and confirmed the order and came here. but he said you did not tell me on the Mic and you came on the window bla bla. and the guy was so so much rude. and i said why are you behaving so bad with me I'm your customer. i have an order and he said i don't wanna serve you and shut the window on my face. can't believe how could he talk with customers like this. it's not good for the company. i strongly recommend to think about it by the management.

They are constantly closed past 12am for being open 24-hours. This is the second time in one week the guy said they were closed while 3 cars were in the drive thru at 1:44. I would not count on this place being open past 12

Just going to get straight to it definitely, not going to dance around this one. I walked into the place looking forward to place a order and buy a milkshake and right when I walked in, I mean, absolutely!I was given the impression like I wasn't supposed to be there. No one wanted to take my order for example, the female cashier and the male was a good distance away from the cash register. Giving the impression that no one wanted to even take my order and immediately needed to go out the way which i came in. as in a "we don't even want to even tolerate" sort of fashion. I made an attempt to even to crack a little joke to ease the weird racial atmosphere in the air and the female that was a cashier at the time was just started mad dogging me facialy and the male that stood next to here that was standing around conversing before i entered, had the same energy. I will not ever go to that location again, i was currently moving at the time and just wanted a place to eat, I live in a neighborhood, but I'd travel out farther just to go to a different one just to get some good customer service, there's just something about spending your hard earned money at a place, but treated/ presented on arrival with tasteless service, this location nevertheless is tarnishing the classic image & reputation america has grown to love. i would that actio. will be tooken to better equipted the restraunts in the future with a more metropaliton staff. From experiences I've had working with hispanic mexicans or just my family hiring them to be a part of their business, when your staff becomes merely that one ethnic group they tend to get obnoxiously and arrogantly comfortable(to say the least) and feel as if they run the establishment. trust when i say a more diverse staff would favorable.Being that the US is a nation that has experienced incongruous racist past and there are races today striving toward a better tomorrow mexican hispanics from Los Angeles just don't contribute to that motion, and are becoming quite an acher and burden on the course racial development. I worked with a african american guy and afro-latino who moved down from NY and was based for 1 month and already was a victim to the opprobrious behavior and tasteless conduct.
