I can eat jersey Mikes everyday the same two sandwich's, tuna and turkey provolone. I was on a kick and actually had it everyday for like a month. Lost weight too! Nothing really bad just the lines can get long

Delivery was so slow.4 subs were ordered and 3 were wrong.The meat tasted like rubber and the mayonnaise tasted foul. All 4 subs ended up in trash can.

We spent $50 here and they accidentally put some type of spicy reddish stuff on one of our sandwiches. We asked nicely if they would make us a replacement sandwich and they said no. My sister said “the sandwich is too spicy it’s burning my tongue, can I please have a new sandwich” so the staff said we will give you a cup of water but we will not remake your sandwich. Absolutely disgusting franchise. I spent 15 years of my life working at various restaurants in California, and at any business I ever worked at we would ALWAYS remake an item if a customer was unhappy. We will never spend our money at Jersey Mikes ever again. Horrible company. Staff needs to be retrained.

NO REFUNDS HERE. If your sandwhich is made wrong, they will not remake it. If there is a hair in your food, they will not remake it. It really doesn’t matter what’s wrong with your food: they will not remake it or give you a refund. They were also incredibly rude, we were very polite and nice. But after they made fun of us, we decided to be rude back. They don’t care about their customers. No refunds here. Awful people, extremely rude.

If your order is made incorrectly, they will not fix it, they will not make you a new sandwhich. They also will not give you a refund. Eat here at your own risk. Total waste of money. I’m now disputing the charge with my bank. Just skip this place and go to Jimmy Johns. Much better sandwiches anyways.

Still waiting for Joe and Lisa Sutter to call me. After the employees refused to remake the sandwhich (we had taken ONE BITE of the sandwhich. It’s not like we had already eaten it and wanted a new sandwhich. We literally told them we will give them the entire sandwhich back if they can just remake it.) My daughter said her mouth was burning and the manager sarcastically said “I’ll get you some water then but I am not remaking your sandwhich”. My daughter was very nice to them until they started being rude. After we all started arguing, the employees told us the number 5 sandwhich comes with spicy sauce. I’ve ordered it a million times and it’s never had spicy sauce before. They tried to say it was our fault because the employee asked us if we wanted “everything on the sandwiches” and we said yes. But out of all three sandwhiches we ordered, only one was spicy. So why wasn’t there spicy sauce on all three sandwhiches if “everything on it” means spicy sauce? And why didn’t he ask if we wanted it “Mikes Way?” Our family has been coming to jersey Mikes for years (my other daughter actually used to work at a Jersey mikes!) but we will never come again. Jersey Mikes will not get money from us or our family or our friends anymore. I’ve told all of my followers about this incident and they are shocked and say they will never eat here again either. I’ll remove the reviews if the owners actually contact me, which they haven’t yet because the staff said they refuse to have the owners call me (they’re probably covering for themselves because they knew they messed up). I need the owners to call me. This is unacceptable. Imagine going to a steak house with your family and you order a steak, but the steak is smothered in hot sauce and you can’t eat it because it will upset your stomach because you have an ulcer. And imagine telling the waitress that you need a new steak and the waitress says no we don’t do that here. But I can get you water so you can eat your spicy steak. I’ve never heard of this. They refused to refund us as well. Horrible business, do not support them. They won’t even call us back.

The manager at this restaurant is so rude. There was an issue with my order, it was made wrong. They added sracha and red pepper flakes idk why. All I wanted was for them to replace it and she just brought on all this serious anxiety telling me that no she can't do that but if anything she could get me a discount and that I have to pay for a new sandwich. That makes no sense, they made the entire order wrong, and I was just wanting it fixed. I ate 6 inches and just wanted the other 6 inches that I didn't eat replaced. she had no class and needs to be educated on customer service. Aside from that their chairs were really sticky. They need to do some deep cleaning. The food was so terrible with how they made the order. I just threw away what was left. They need training and management etiquette. Rudest lady I have encountered in a long long time.

I generally leave positive reviews, so when I provide a low rating, it's because I think it's subpar service. All other Jersey Mikes that I've been to are top notch, but this one just misses the mark on a more consistent basis. It's a problem that can be fixed, just needs better guidance to do so. Today, I called and placed a to-go order about 15 minutes prior to arriving to this location. Not to mention that I needed to repeatedly call for about 10 minutes to finally have someone pick up the phone... which was answered like I was doing the associate a disservice. This has been a past issue, as I have attempted to call while on the way, and then called when I'm in the store to see if the line is even working, only to hear the phone ring and no one picks it up. Anyway...The associate stated it should be ready in about 10 minutes. I arrived, there were about 5 people in line but not slammed by any means, my sandwich hadn't been made yet. I ended up waiting waiting about 12-15 minutes to get my order. By the time my order was made, the line was clear... it would have made no difference if I had just walked in and ordered. Ultimately, I was late for work by 10 minutes. There just is not any organization or sense of urgency here. I know food service can suck, I worked at in n out for years... talk about working at a fast pace. This issue can be fixed, and I hope it is, as this location happens to be on my work route so it's the best pick up option.

I order catering orders sometimes for my work crew on Saturdays. This is the 2nd time in my last 3 attempts at this Jersey Mike location that they have called me after I ordered and have said they cant meet the time 1.5 hours out and need to push additional hour. I cancelled and switched to Woodland Hills location and it turns out they are also $25 less for the same exact order. Slightly less for the sandwiches and 30 cents less for each bag of chips. I gave 2 stars because they did call quick to let me know they could not meet time. I will be going directly to Woodland Hills store going forward.

I love jersey mikes. My most recent visit to this locations was terrible.The staff messed up my order at first, ok no problem.. things happen.Afterwards when ringing me up the kid at the register overcharged me by $18.Ok… he seems new. At this point all I want is my sandwich and to move on with my day. He fixes the problem. Now I’m waiting for my final sandwich and have to ask for it. They had forgotten about it and handed me a cold sandwich. I ask them to warm it up and they do. Coincidentally the owner walks in and I express my unhappiness. Rather than address the issue he just walks out. I speak to the manager and she was okay. The owner walks back in and I tell him how he should care more. He’s goes on to tell me he was under the impression that I worked for a food delivery service. So… you mean to tell me that if I was working for a food delivery service I wouldn’t be as important?? As an owner of a business myself I’d never treat anyone the way that man treated me. Now that we established I’m not food delivery service employee can we discuss what happen? Nope.. the guy just didn’t care. He eventually told me that if I was unhappy to no longer eat there. No problem buddy! Your a trash owner with a trash staff (minus the manger, she’s cool). Never seen someone care so little about a customer.
