Great seafood restaurant for fairly decent price this day and age (March 2024). Definitely suggest it to people that reside in northern LA county! We got there super early at 4:45 on a start of daylight savings time/Oscar night. Still it got pretty busy towards the end when we left after our dinner.

Food just isn't fresh. Okay, yes, it's a fish house and the fish is fresh , but nothing else is... the salad tastes like it's from a bag, the sushi is always sweet tasting ... weird. The jasmine rice is not jasmine rice. They should call it sticky rice. Mediocre at best. And this is not just a one time review. I've been here several times. Sorry?

Everything was delicious! I ordered an appetizer with the oyster platter and an entree and dessert . Literally couldn't move from my seat. I love a satisfying and filling meal. Can't wait to return and try other things from the menu!

I've eaten here twice. The first time, my group had the Yellowfin Tuna, Sea Bass, and one of the battered fish options that had a variety of deep fried things. Caesar Salads and a Calamari appetizer. Sides included french fries, the garlic mash potatoes, brussels sprouts, and I think grilled zucchini. The two fish entrees were phenomenal. The tuna was seared and really well sauced, balancing flavor in a way that complemented and didn't overwhelm. The sea bass was delicate, soft, fork tender, and delicious. The fried plate was a bit much (quite a lot of breading by the end), but went over well. The calamari could have used a punchy marinara and more time in the frier to crisp up. Server was personable and really smooth with the upsell. Came by regularly to check on us, made recommendations, and was a cherry on top of the evening. The second time, my group popped in a quick meal. We went for the ahi poke appetizer, Mahi Mahi, and a Shrimp and Scallop plate. The poke, like the tuna the first time around, was sauced really well. Fried wonton strips were a bit awkward for scooping, and ended up eating with a fork. The shrimp were nicely cooked and a decent size. The scallops were really small, under an inch in diameter, and just sad. Taste was fine, but the plate would have been much better with two large scallops instead of four baby scallops. I don't think I'd order it again. The mahi mahi was as expected. Not as good as the sea bass the first time around. Flavored alright. "Good but not great". I'd order it again, but not over the yellowfin or sea bass. Decent list of reasonably priced beer and wine. Meal comes with bread and butter. Good value for the price. Takes reservations (and you should make them), but also has open seating at the bar.

Always a cozy place to have a meal. The bar was short staffed and took 20 minutes to get a drink. No problem, we got the drinks and sat at a table. Oysters, lobster, delicious food.

It took a long time to get our food and one order was not prepared according to the menu. When we asked to correct it, it took half an hour this put us in a tight schedule for our next appt and well into heavy traffic time. Our waited was very nice

Quality of food here is excellent and consistent. Service is also very good. Somewhat noisy at times. Fresh seafood is expensive so don't expect a bargain. Have been here many times and will return.
