Terrible service. I was waiting to be served and called on the intercom about 4 or 5 times, but received no help. I went to the window, and the employee answered me rudely, asking why I hadn't ordered through the intercom. I explained that I hadn't received any help, and he rudely told me to park anyway. They need to replace this kind of staff.

I never have a good experience here. I used the drive through with a mobile order late at night last month..I got older Mexican lady who never stopped frowning. She did not get my order correct. The App sucks. You would think a company as big as McDonald's would have an effective app. I had trouble again last Saturday when the app refused to let me enter my curbside pickup space. I was directed to go inside to get my order. I guess I did not get there fast enough from motel..half a block away. There was no record of my order inside. I brought up the app and hit order summary and there was no order number....in the order detail. I had already paid for it. So... I had to go to my email to get the order number. After a long wait..I finally got my order when a staff member threw the bag at me without asking me if I needed something. I did want catchup but she walked away after throwing my food at me. I waited a long time for someone to come to the counter. Many people were waiting...then I noticed catchup in a bin on the counter. I grabbed a few and left. I dislike the rude staff at this location.

Great experience at McDonald’s. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, which made the visit even better. You can tell this location really cares about cleanliness and customer service. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff did a great job. If you’re in the Calabasas area and looking for a clean, quick, and reliable place to eat, I definitely recommend stopping by.

I make this stop at mcdonalds frequently and every time I all for either a I've cream cone or a mcflurry they tell me they're machine is out of order. Now this is like my 8th time stopping here and it's the same issue I'm fed up with not being able to have my cravings satisfied. This is ridiculous.. the workers are lovely but to not have a machine working and dessert o ly which is two options is unacceptable... mcdonalds has become costly and to still be willing to pay for what we want and cant have it just upsetting.

Have been going here forever but now that they don't do any orders at the window inside I quit going. I won't/don't do Kiosks. I still have to correct it that I want a Senior coffee and or leaving things out on the burgers by then talking to someone. Also, staffing is very short now so fewer jobs for those I knew that worked there.

I used to order more often from this place but recently they can't seem to get an order correct. My past 4 orders have all been incorrect, mostly putting cheese when I asked for no cheese. Their speed is solid but if you get anything other than a standard burger, expect an error or some sorts mort often than not.
The fries are also regularly undercooked. That was always the case though...
Disappointed with this Magdonal I have passed by here on several occasions and today especially in the morning around 8:30 a woman named Leticia had an arrogant and defiant attitude, I don't know if she is the owner for that reason she acts like that, she attended to an Asian person at the counter and served her without saying anything. and I could not continue my order at the kiosk so when I saw her there taking orders I went to her and with an arrogant voice she told me this is the last time I will take your order here for the next order at the kiosk then I asked her something and she said rudely I don't know what you want while waiting for my food. Another person arrived and served her very well at the counter I have felt DISCRIMINATED BY the attitude of this worker
