I used to order more often from this place but recently they can't seem to get an order correct. My past 4 orders have all been incorrect, mostly putting cheese when I asked for no cheese. Their speed is solid but if you get anything other than a standard burger, expect an error or some sorts mort often than not.
The fries are also regularly undercooked. That was always the case though...

Disappointed with this Magdonal I have passed by here on several occasions and today especially in the morning around 8:30 a woman named Leticia had an arrogant and defiant attitude, I don't know if she is the owner for that reason she acts like that, she attended to an Asian person at the counter and served her without saying anything. and I could not continue my order at the kiosk so when I saw her there taking orders I went to her and with an arrogant voice she told me this is the last time I will take your order here for the next order at the kiosk then I asked her something and she said rudely I don't know what you want while waiting for my food. Another person arrived and served her very well at the counter I have felt DISCRIMINATED BY the attitude of this worker

I ordered using the kiosk. While using the kiosk worked for me this time. I prefer ordering with a real person taking my order. It is easier to clarify my order and to make order changes (like, "No mayo"). However, the service was prompt, the food was warm, and the restaurant was clean.
Been stopping here for years for a quick snack and drinks en route to LA. Today, Monday during breakfast hour, no one inside, had to use kiosk to order a cup of Coffee and then waited another 10 minutes to get it. Drive thru seems to take preference over in store customers and they no longer offer cashier service! Very disappointed…a five minute stop became a 15+ minute stop for plain coffee. This is second time this has happened and now I won’t forget…finding another stop next time!

This location is really nice, with huge booths and friendly workers. But I swear, every time I ask for a double HAMburger, they give me a double CHEESEburger. I simply do not know how no cheese is so difficult to accomplish, but I think that management needs to train their workers to understand that perhaps some people don’t want cheese because they can’t eat it.
