Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

This place used to be great and I would let them know. I have noticed the quality and portions have gone down while prices have gone up. The service also used to be really good. Now it's just as bad as a fast food restaurant. So sad to see something that has been good for years, turn into the sub par establishment it has become.

Tried the quesadilla alongside some Mexican beer. Great for a quick low-buck bite. Quite the variety of salsas available, unlimited and all the time, I recommend the smoky one.

Redemption. I visited sharkys last month and didn't have a good experience. I put a review and to my surprise i ended speaking with one of the owners. I'm not the type to give establishments second chances yet when one of the owners reaches out to apologize then I decided to give it a go. I walked in today and was greeted with a smile. I placed my order and had a seat. My food was brought out to me and the clerk even took time to double check my order. I came back and began to try it... I feel as if the owner actually listened. Food was on point, employees were nice, even before they knew I was there for the 2nd chance. I applaud this company for acknowledging when someone has a bad experience and offers to make it right. I will be returning and I do suggest if anyone is near agoura and las virgenes, stop by sharkys, you'll be pleasantly surprised

I got a lemonade and nachos. I decided to get the big plate of nachos since I was really hungry. This place has something for everyone. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

First time. Delicious. Liked salsa bar. Very fresh food. A definite upgrade if you think it's anything like Chipotle..it's not...much better and more options. Kudos.

$15.00 for a moderate burrito is pushing it.

The guy (bald mid fifties) handing the food out flat out refused to give me any chips to eat while I waited for my food!!! I love sharkys and go to them a lot. Incredibly rude.

We eat here several times a months and also do takeout. The food is always fresh and the staff are great. They have the best salsa bar anywhere and it is always well stocked and clean. Sharkeys makes feeding a fried easy too with family size package deals.

Very good and fresh food! The burritos tasted delicious! When ordering chips, you can get different salsa from a bar. Also, the staff is very friendly!
