Good morning, service is a little slow.
Need to wait for somebody to take order and waited also for the coffee. We finished eating our sandwich, still waiting for coffee. I understand a lot of customers at the time; 9:30 AM, maybe anticipate the rush of customer with the orders. The plan was for take out, turned out to be dine in.

Good on all fronts. We had a bit of a complicated order and they nailed it. Great service and the kind of consistency you expect from Starbucks. Location is tough to get in and out of bc of how busy the commons get.

I ordered a coffee here yesterday - what a fabulous experience! I have never been in a Starbucks with so much positive energy before. Staff were cheerful and friendly. I will definitely be back when I am next in town! Keep up the good work.

Hello my name is EVELYN LIU I’m here now at the STARBUCKS STORE # 5636 located 4776 COMMONS WAY , the BARISTAS here named as follows AVERY , BRANDON, KAYLA , # very nice and friendly , the service is very quick the bathroom very clean the store wel organized the food and drinks so good , I highly recommend this location to all my friends co worker and family 10 stars EXCELLENT 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

this was our favorite Starbucks spot. But this is the 5th time the matcha is terribly bitter! I know that bitter matcha with a fishy taste is cheap and low-quality matcha... please bring it back to how it was 🙏🏻🥲

I understand that you have to train new employees, but don't do it at the expense of customers!!!!! Firstly, the drink that the student made took 20 minutes to make, and secondly, the taste was completely different! The cream that was put on top was not whipped at all!!!! We don't take food and drinks for free, so we want to get what we come for!!!

Cashier yesterday had to be on drugs , it was the slowest worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I’ve read the owners response on other reviews. No I’m not going to another site to put up a review. You need better trained and more staff especially on the weekend at such a packed location.
I put the blame on the owner and whatever staffing manager was on shift

I write this not to speak ill will of the staff, but to hopefully get them some much needed help from Mgt.I walked to this location from our hotel down the street on Saturday morning. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks. There were only 3 people working (all doing their absolute best & not showing an ounce of stress), the garbage was overflowing at only 9:15am, and no one acknowledged they were so behind on orders. They should have paused taking new orders to clear the backlog rather than continually allowing orders & customers to pile in. I hope they get some help!

They took a hr for my one drink after I reminded them and they still didn’t make it when I asked for a refund at that point because I was late for work they ended up giving me the wrong drink!
