Starbucks

After the renovation, this Starbucks feels completely different — cozy, bright, and very clean. It’s truly a pleasure to spend time here. Special thanks to the team: always friendly, smiling, and creating a great mood from the moment you walk in. Every time I stop by, I leave with a smile and a good feeling. Thank you so much for the great atmosphere and care for your guests!

I came in on a Saturday night about 20 minutes before closing, excited to order a Caramel Apple Spice. The store was almost empty, but the cashier was chatting with someone and barely acknowledged me. I wasn’t sure if the person was a customer or a friend, but it felt like I was interrupting a personal conversation.

Another employee stepped in to help and was very polite. She informed me they were out of apple juice, so I ordered a small hot chocolate instead. When I went to pay, she said they couldn’t take cash but could take a card, which was inconvenient. After I left, i tried the hot chocolate..very bland with very little chocolate flavor.

Overall, I felt unwelcome, and the drink quality was disappointing. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needed to be shared.

I stopped coming here because the staff would always forget to make my mobile order or would take very long. Staff will start chatting with each other and pretty much neglect orders….either take extremely long or completely forget to make it. I started going to the one on 101/las Virgenes and don’t have any of this issues. Today I came back to this location and surprise surprise: they forget my order. There’s 4 ppl in here lol

When picking up the order I faced rudeness and humiliation, the girl behind the counter shouted that this is her cafe and she decides which order to make first and which not. When asked about the ordering system and online queues, she shouted and did not want to give the order. Please explain to employees that they should communicate calmly, even when asked an uncomfortable question.

Food and atmosphere wise, it's Starbucks so don't expect anything other than that. This particular starbucks, however, has excellent service

The worst staff ever
I don’t want to mention any names for now
I tell her I would like a small coffee but for some reason she does not understand what a small coffee is anymore
she would start calling it other names which really I don’t understand any of these names.
All I wanted is a small coffee what is so hard to understand about that? and she would get mad and give me a face just because I kept telling her that I only want a small coffee.
I’m not going to Starbucks to get coffee names lessons or this clerk is not at Starbucks to give people and teach them about coffee’s names

Then I go the next day they had constructions in the parking lot
I’m always in a hurry in the morning because I’m going work
I parked on the side and walked in. I’m ordering my coffee and she was complaining about my parking. That’s outside.
I got confused ,like is she trying to make coffee or is she a parking patrol trying to control the traffic outside
On top of that, she did not want to sell me a coffee because my car was parked on the side
This is how you know those clerks don’t wanna work. They have hate in there hearts And don’t have a good manager to teach them and direct them to have a good customer service.
Sure it really became personal to me every time I walk in the Starbucks they have something against me. What the heck? It’s just a Starbucks it’s just a 3-4 dollar coffee you’re selling all day. Why are you acting like if it’s 10 stars resort in Paris?

every time I walk in there same thing keeps happening
and I promise I will never ever go back in there again and I do not recommend anybody to walk in there again, there is a Starbucks at Albertsons The clerks there are very nice and welcoming and there is the new Starbucks open by the freeway. there are very nice and polite too

Good place to grab a snack or beverages. They have some specialized and localized tumblers. Some of them have very good spillage prevention. Very good soveneir for visitor.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks in the area. I typically avoid it since they get Mobile orders wrong all the time and then give attitude when I politely ask for my order to be corrected. The employees are not really the problem though the customers in this area make going here an awful experience. There's always some lady in here yelling at staff or grumpy men on computers pissed if you eat in here with small children, last I checked this Starbucks was not a personal home office but many regulars treat it as such. This would not bother me if they weren't so rude and unpleasant to other paying customers.
You're better off going to the Starbucks inside Albertsons.

Starbucks is Starbucks it's usually pretty Dependable this particular one was actually very nice the people behind the counter were very pleasant smiling and helpful I tried the new Falafel wrap which I would not recommend. Luckily I got a little extra spicy sauce with it. otherwise it would have been pretty tasteless. It was relatively small and not worth the price

Like all Starbucks young kids don't give a shit about service..!! Mostly because they don't understand what good service means. But if your patient you'll get your order..
