Stopped into this Starbucks while driving through and was greeted by the most friendly and pleasant individual! Jordan asked me how I was and took my order. She was super kind and helpful! Can not say enough good things about my experience! Kudos to Jordan!! ✨

I used to like this starbucks location, it’s convenient and on my way. but after the remodeling, I guess the management has changed. They are mostly understaffed specifically busy weekend mornings. Today is the third time they made my drink wrongly and always it takes more than usual time because it’s only one staff makes the orders. I believe the management needs to be reevaluated.

I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a Chai Tea Latte and a Bacon, Egg, and Sausage Wrap. The Chai Tea Latte was perfectly spiced and comforting, truly delightful. However, the wrap was tasteless, lacking salt and flavor, and took 15 minutes to be served. This was the only downside of my visit. Despite the disappointing wrap, the friendly staff and cozy ambiance made the overall experience positive. I'll return for the drinks, but I wouldn't recommend the wrap.

The place was very conducive towards just spending some time with family. I had a breakfast sandwich, which was tiny but satisfying. Service was good and staff was friendly.

The barista with glasses is one of the sweetest ever. I was with my grandchildren and she smiled and and waved at them, i always look forward to my coffee because of her, thank you Starbucks for the wonderful service.

Starbucks coffee is unfailing wherever you want, this was a stop between Santa Monica to Hollywood, since although it is true the trip is short, after several days of travel, it becomes very exhausting to drive

I ordered my favourite oleato shaken espresso and it was really really bad with oil separated which has not been the case before. I came back and asked if they could try to make me a new one again. Thank you for trying again, but it was still undrinkable.
