you would never think you would have a good experience at a Subway while just trying get a quick lunch. food was great, but Kost the kid who served us was exceptional, hard working, had a great attitude and was friendly.

Ordered the new avocado Mexicali sandwich and they did not put any avocado in the sandwich which is the only reason you’d get that sandwich. Upon calling back (once I arrived back home to eat the sandwich) they immediately answered that they were aware they had forgotten the avocado and that I’d have to drive all the way back to get the avocado provided to me on the side. I asked for a refund as I did not want to drive all the way back for just one sandwich (mind you I ordered 3 other sandwiches) and they said no. If you got the order wrong just admit your mistake and provide a refund, that would be the right thing to do. I could care less about the $13 sandwich, it’s really just principle. The location does not seem to want online ordering.

It was New Year's Day so I wondered if Subway was open before I walked there from the hotel. I went to Subway on Google maps and it said... "Open"... So I clicked on hours and it listed the "open" hours... And then it said New Year's may MAY affect these hours. So it was still New Year's Day and I still wondered if Subway was open before I walked all the way there... from the hotel. yeah oh yeah

I like subway....there's one close by when I travel...Calabasas store..they were quick..courteous...the my sandwich was good...tasted real fresh... I'll be back

This was one of the most awkward services I have ever had in a subway. I ordered a toasted footlong pro with tuna salad on white bread - as I always do. The guy behind the counter said that subway would not offer this, as a pro would mean double meat - and tuna salad is not meat. I said I always buy this - he shrugged and prepared a salad bowl. I said I wanted a toasted sandwich on white bread. He said I had ordered a salad. The way he phrased it was very embarrassing, as if I was too stupid to place an order. He eventually started to make the sandwich and forgot to toast it. He delivered the sandwich, and when I said I wanted it toasted, he said I wanted it untoasted, and now it would be too late. I hated it. Now: we went with friends. He charged us their sandwich - and we paid for theirs - the difference was easy to see, as they had the combo - and we had just a sandwich. Theoretically, he undercharged us and overcharged other customers. As we are friends, this was not really an issue - it just shows how careless the guy was. We will never go here again.

My boyfriend and I just went to this location and unfortunately didn’t have the greatest experience that we usually receive elsewhere. They were out of Italian herbs and cheese and immediately gave attitude when I asked for the bread. They proceeded to give attitude when my boyfriend requested to warm up his bread and bacon separately before adding the cheese and deli meat. They wanted to charge us extra for the pepperoni even though a BMT comes with pepperoni and he didn’t want salami(he wanted just the pepperoni and ham). The girls refused to at least say “it’s okay” every time we apologized because we knew they were angry. Idk what their problem was and why it was an issue to begin with but the customer service was extremely poor. I used to work at subway and so did my boyfriend for X amount of years so we get it, but that was terrible. Just awful. Whoever the two girls were at this time and day (10:50am on Friday 04/08) need to recheck their attitude and possibly work situation. Because subway is all about giving exactly what you want for a crafted sandwich and it felt like they wanted to spit on our food or something.
