Pay attention! Been going there for years, New management charges random prices and admitted to overcharging me. When I asked for a reason, I was told that it’s because their employees were caught stealing from them… charged me $17 for a footlong that costs $12.79 at every other Subway

Check your food when you order online literally everything i ordered was wrong. Even the kind of chips I ordered

This place is a ghost town anytime I come by here. First off, this place thinks they’re too good to accept coupons. The 3 times I’ve placed an online order, they’ve made it wrong or missed something. Walked in once so that I wouldn’t have the same issue, I can tell you these workers have the worst energy ever. They hate theirs jobs and project in onto you and how they make their sandwiches, just an awful store.

you would never think you would have a good experience at a Subway while just trying get a quick lunch. food was great, but Kost the kid who served us was exceptional, hard working, had a great attitude and was friendly.

Worst Subway Ever! Just threw it up in my room! Food Poisoned! Beware!

Ordered the new avocado Mexicali sandwich and they did not put any avocado in the sandwich which is the only reason you’d get that sandwich. Upon calling back (once I arrived back home to eat the sandwich) they immediately answered that they were aware they had forgotten the avocado and that I’d have to drive all the way back to get the avocado provided to me on the side. I asked for a refund as I did not want to drive all the way back for just one sandwich (mind you I ordered 3 other sandwiches) and they said no. If you got the order wrong just admit your mistake and provide a refund, that would be the right thing to do. I could care less about the $13 sandwich, it’s really just principle. The location does not seem to want online ordering.

It was New Year's Day so I wondered if Subway was open before I walked there from the hotel. I went to Subway on Google maps and it said... "Open"... So I clicked on hours and it listed the "open" hours... And then it said New Year's may MAY affect these hours. So it was still New Year's Day and I still wondered if Subway was open before I walked all the way there... from the hotel. yeah oh yeah

I like subway....there's one close by when I travel...Calabasas store..they were quick..courteous...the my sandwich was good...tasted real fresh... I'll be back
