I haven't been here in a few years, but had a craving..my order was pretty simple..taco & burrito The taco had about 8 pieces of shredded cheese, and not only did they make my bean and cheese burrito wrong (they put rice in it) it was now about the size of a large egg roll! SUPER disappointed!!☹

You cannot walk into Taco Bell and place an order verbally. You are required to use the kiosk. What happened to customer service someone at the register taking your order this location had none of that very disappointed in that case I should have gone through the drive-thru

I been to a lot of Taco Bell locations and honestly it’s hard to find the ones who give good service and when food feels almost fresh. When I come to the Calabasas location the food always tastes great and Nathan always has a good positive vibe! Always greets me with a smile ? I’m glad to see people who enjoy their job And brings good energy! Hard to find now and days! Great job Nathan! You make Taco Bell look great!
