Wait Staff - very good, friendly, and helpful. Food good, but not outstanding for the price. Panini Sandwich bread was burnt on one side and hard overall. This used to be a very good sandwich. Hostess very helpful and pleasant. Noise level very high, especially with all the loud and scream children.

We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday server seemed overwhelmed not that attentive ask for extra items. Took 510 minutes to get them after food was served and then didn't even bring any dessert to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very disappointing as we've been going there for years. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it makes me think twice about returning.

Being a pricey restaurant where the food is reliably very good, something was missing. The pasta dish arrived with cheese sprinkled on top. We were expecting that cheese to be freshly grated on the pasta by the server at the table, as we have experienced at other Italian restaurants.

Last time here and I've been many many times. Horrible service and took 15 mins as waitress could not multitask several tables. Good portion shockingly small!!! $200 for a terrible meal and experience. I will not recommend this restaurant nor come back again.

Last night my wife and I celebrated our 47th anniversary. In order to ensure that this dinner would be special, I informed the restaurant of this truly important occassion when I made the reservation. The server was mediocre and did not take any steps to congratulate us on this special day, no happy anniversary greeting and no suggestion of a festive desssert. Quite disappointing for a restaurant with such a good reputation. I recommend that if you want to celebrate a memorable important day, go somewhere else.

The food at Toscanova in Calabasas was delicious. I ordered the Salmon and you cannot go wrong. My friend, she ordered the lasagna. Her plate was full. Her portion was big enough for a linebacker!. Very generous portions. Noise level was o.k. We sat outside and it was not so noisy. We stayed late until closing. It was perfect. The waiter was on top of things. Definitely would recommend and I will be back.
The outdoor patio has a nice atmosphere, but that’s about the only positive. The food was very disappointing — salty, soggy, and honestly worse than delivery. Even the spaghetti was bad. Service was just as poor: the waiters seemed more interested in chatting with people they knew than taking care of guests, and our server was switched without anyone telling our table. The only decent part of the meal was the wine, which I assume was selected by the owner. Overall, this place does not live up to its location.

We had dinner on a Saturday night. Had to wait quite awhile for an outdoor table that ended up being right near the bar area and next to all the foot traffic. It took forever for a server to even greet us and another big wait for our wine. Terrible experience for a pricy restaurant.
