Come down to earth! Your level of pretentiousness is off the charts, your pompous managers treat people like homeless people, you're just a run-of-the-mill sushi place without a Michelin star. Any eatery in Thailand or Vietnam will serve much better food, be cheaper, and without the pretense.

Stumbled in for lunch not knowing what to expect and was immediately impressed. A lovely scent of incense and a warm, welcoming greeting set the tone right away. The ambience and decor were on point, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent—creative, beautifully presented, and the flavors absolutely hit. Highly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Kama Toro was Kama Toro. No fancy decorative tricks were used, and I was able to focus on the $36 fish. I appreciated that very much. Will order again.
Salmon belly was not on the menu. But they served it when asked.
Wasabi was fully grained and very much real.
100% do not recommend masago. It's just factory processed eggs that come in a plastic container (just go to your nearest H-Mart).
