Need to hire new personnel for the graveyard shift, big service issues, the lady at the cashier made multiple mistakes with the customers orders, took her about 30 minutes to give me my order I had to approach the counter and talk to them in order to receive my food cause she kept calling everyone's number but mine, people that got there after me were getting their big orders first when I only ordered chicken tenders.

A guy just showed his intimate parts in the parking lot, staff wont do anything, had to call the police and had him arrested, worst experience ever, lady at the cashier so rude she has the nastiest attitude, she don't care whatsoever about her job, seems that she's under the influence of some substance, she kept forgetting to give me my order for over 30 minutes, people that got there after me were getting their food right away, when i demanded my food or a refund i got harassed by the security guard. never giving my business to this establishment again.

The food is very good. But they have the refrigeration at freezing point. I'd rather eat in my car. Honestly, it felt really dirty to me, the soda machine was full of splashed soda. There are too many homeless people or suspicious-looking people outside. They're constantly coming in, and it feels unsafe. I went there at night. A jack-in-the-box worker saw me leave and gave them cups, and they went in to refill them. Honestly, this behavior only promotes insecurity and puts the place in poor condition. 😞
