Second time going into the new El Centro location and the food is worth the wait! Great taste and plenty to choose from. Cant wait to go back!! Thank you for the delicious cheesecake!!

Rosa has moved to the valley plaza in El Centro, Ca. Much better parking and location. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and there is a huge parking lot. I like the enchiladas there but I recently went there and got the carne asada plate. Loved it. You can get a 16 ounce or 20 ounce steak. Steak was good, it had grill marks and was seasoned nicely. The waitress mentioned they are looking to hire a cook. I'll post a picture of the carne asada steak. Very good!
