“The service ranges from fair to good depending on who you get, now the bathrooms have passwords which is good for me because the area is full of homeless people. There is no drive at this Jack so all orders that arrive must be placed on foot or in the app.Tip: if you are from Mexicali you cannot download the app with a Mexican cell phone, but I recommend making an account from the website or in your phone's browser where you can access it, you can order in advance and some days there are free or cheaper things . “This Jack in the box restaurant is in El Cajon, CA. The only sad part is that you see homeless people wondering around the area. The restaurant was understaffed that day and that made service take longer than usual. Despite this, we have been coming here for years when coming into San Diego. The employees are very friendly and my kids love the food there. There used to work there a young Iraqi girl, who always treated us super nice so we kept coming back there every time as we headed out from San Diego going east. We didn't see her this time around.“
