“I just wanna say THANK YOU❤. I am a fast food worker myself in diff restaurant, and every single day i always try my best to give customers a smile and politeness. i understand wait times may vary sometimes but it’s never anything crazy. I came last night 9/8/26 after work around 9:20ish PM and the young girl who attended me gave it 100%. i’ve gone to panda, dutch bros, and recently taco bell and none of them apologized or cared that we waited 20/30 minutes in the drive thru, when they messed my order up they remade my drink with more ice xD at dutch bros .. Taco bell forgot my drink & when i told them the cashier just pointed inside the car to tell me i had it already.. Like who does that?? But you guys are 100% the best , hard workers, always polite and never looking mad . My respects .. and i had a pretty big order. it came out great Tysm for giving me some hope in this valley . ❤“

“The service ranges from fair to good depending on who you get, now the bathrooms have passwords which is good for me because the area is full of homeless people. There is no drive at this Jack so all orders that arrive must be placed on foot or in the app.Tip: if you are from Mexicali you cannot download the app with a Mexican cell phone, but I recommend making an account from the website or in your phone's browser where you can access it, you can order in advance and some days there are free or cheaper things . In addition to accumulating points for free burgers.“

“This Jack in the box restaurant is in El Cajon, CA. The only sad part is that you see homeless people wondering around the area. The restaurant was understaffed that day and that made service take longer than usual. Despite this, we have been coming here for years when coming into San Diego. The employees are very friendly and my kids love the food there. There used to work there a young Iraqi girl, who always treated us super nice so we kept coming back there every time as we headed out from San Diego going east. We didn't see her this time around.“
