Very nice presentation and friendly staff. Especially the hostess. Food was average and not equal to price point.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta, but no bread or dessert.

Great pasta with seafood. Well worth the price, they did not skimp on the seafood as many other places do

My partner and I showed up after this restaurant had stopped seating people, but the host and server were so wonderful and let us order and eat there anyway! We had the penne vodka sauce and it was the best I’ve ever had. Wine suggestion was excellent and our waiter was so kind and made us feel welcome even though we were late. The kitchen also made sure they accommodated my shellfish allergy… Our new favorite restaurant in Calistoga!

Very good for brunch/ stop between vineyards. Their Italian is very good. Burgers are great, too. Perfect spot to sober up!

We loved our dinner here. First, they were very accommodating of our 15 month old dining with us. We had bruschetta for a starter because they make a delicious basil sauce topped with fresh tomatoes and herbs. I ordered the linguini with seafood which was fresh and delicious. The ravioli was also tender and flavorful. Our margaritas, pepared by Erol were a delight. We love Bricco Osteria.

Once in a while, and it is rare, that you find a restaurant as good as this. The food was exceptional. I really couldn't believe it. I ordered chicken Parmesan. I've had this dish all over the world. I also thought my personal recipe was the bomb. Nope, not even close to theirs. Nice folks, hole in the wall place. I actually walked by it and had to turn around a block and a half past. The owner is the nicest fellow. A couple of missteps by the wait staff resulted in the 4 stars. However, they are forgiven. Plenty of splashy restaurants in this area (Napa Valley) for Italian, this is the place.??

We needed a last minute reservation for 8 people, the restaurant was very accommodating and gave us a lovely table. Everyone loved the dishes. Our sever was excellent. If you find yourself in Calistoga and want some great Italian food by a family stop here.

We loved the food, all the waitresses and waiters were super kind and attentive, but I have to say that it shows that the manager spoils the atmosphere by being patronizing towards all staff and showing them what they did wrong in front of us. I honestly don’t care if my appetiser plate is on my left or right, or if the paper table cover is folded horizontally or vertically. I don’t think anybody does honestly. Leave the staff do their job that they are perfectly capable of doing!

Oh my gosh this place was amazing! The staff were so friendly and warm. They were very attentive and were great with our 2 little girls. I had the osso buco lamb shank and it was AMAZING! The place was amazing and warm and had good vibes all around. We can't wait to go back!

We've been wanting to try this spot since it first opened but from walking by we were a bit hesitant and after trying it we wish we had trusted that intuition. The space itself feels a bit run down and dingey - you're in an old taqueria and they haven't done much to change the spot. Which is fine, don't get me wrong, I love a taqueria and if this was more of a casual family style restaurant, I could justify the ambiance but that's not the case here. The food prices were comparable to higher end restaurants in Calistoga. The food also was just not good. From the appetizers to the mains, we were disappointed. The bruschetta was just a bit bland and then both of our mains were really lacking flavor and dimension. The risotto was one of the oiliest looking risotto's I've ever seen. It looked like they doused it in olive oil - likely to moisten it up and the piece of salmon was very small. The other pasta we ordered was just not good. We also both didn't feel well after our meal. Everything just felt a bit oily and we're not sure what that is about, but we won't be back. The staff was friendly and it was fun to see actual Italian's working in an Italian restaurant - we just wish that translated to their food.

The place was crowded for a reason. The waiters were highly engaged and thoughtful. The owner cares that the customer has a nice experience there. It shows by the manner of the staff and the quality of the food.

We had a lovely, delicious dinner. I had booked as a birthday and they brought our dessert with a lit candle. The food was delicious. The space was cold however and too noisy for my tastes. I also would have liked more attentive service. Regardless this was a great place for a special birthday dinner.

Food was so-so. Husband wasn't a fan of the chicken parm. Sauce was too tangy. Calamari was just OK. Server was busy going outside to drum up more business. Seemed unprofessional. Probably won't eat here again.
