Buster's Original Southern BBQ

Sunday Jazz at Buster’s has been something I’ve tried to build into my weekly plans through the summer and fall. It is always incredible energy, affordably priced beer & good BBQ. Have never been disappointed at Buster’s.

I wouldn’t say it’s the best bbq I’ve had in my life, but Buster’s is a gem in Calistoga and it’s great that it is still run by Buster & his wife!

I came on at Saturday and it says they close at 8 but when we got there @7:10 and they refused to serve to us. I would say that is just crazy bc they want to go home early. Ridiculous.

Brisket sandwich, bbq beans, macaroni salad, cornbread and spicy bbq sauce. No lie, sauce is spicy!!!

Meat was too dry, overcooked. I really tried eating the ribs but could not finish them. I think I got diabetes from how sweet the Cole slaw was. Great service, good potato salad

We ordered to go! That bbq was drier than the Sahara desert. Service sucks the person in the counter acts like the world owes her! Do not waste your money on this place.. pricey for what they serve… If I can describe it in one word, DISGUSTING!!!!

Its a great place with great food and good vibes. The BBQ is top-notch.

The food was tasty, but not something that would knock your socks off.
It has the vibe that it will be amazing.
My beef ribs were very tough and difficult to eat. The sides were ok but tasted like canned or prepackaged sides. The pork ribs have some bite, but I still expect better flavor from a place that specializes in BBQ. It was passable for a hungry couple in a hurry, but I wouldn't go back if I was planning a meal.
The staff are friendly enough, but service is minimal.

As a Tennessean living in Napa valley for a few momths, I have drove by this place so much and finally stopped by. The barbecue was phenomenal, along with all of the sides and sauces! One of the best hot barbecue sauces I've ever had.
