We had our rehearsal dinner in the cave in 10/2019 and they were great. High winds led PG&E to shut the power off for most of the valley that week but the Fairwinds staff ran the cave and kitchen on generators and batteries and made it look like nothing was wrong (a couple hundred votive candles helped too). Couldn't have been better hosts.
Unbelievable! Absolutely one of the best winetasting experiences I have ever had, and we have done hundreds of them. Personalized experience, Adam was extremely knowledgeable/ friendly, the follow up from the team was amazing! Absolute hidden gem within Calistoga, if you can find a way to add it to your trip or your cellar you will not regret it!
We had a wonderful tasting experience this past week. Jeremy and Adam went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience over some amazing wine. Highly recommend it to all to join one of their many club options and make it a must see in Napa.
