We was there last night for our Thanksgiving dinner. The food was very good. But i think over priced. 3 courses. Salad, butternut squash lasagna, (not meat) and pumpkin pie. $200 for 2 people . Like I said the food was good. Little overpriced for vegetarian dishes.

They don't have a coffee machine; they can only offer black coffee. Their orange juice isn't fresh. I was hoping for a better breakfast given the price of the hotel. The service is just not good either; they are slow and made frequent mistakes over the three nights we stayed at the hotel, despite being quite empty.

Amazing food and lovely service! I had the ceviche and beet salad + delish prickly pear margarita. Highly recommended and can’t wait to come back.

The pizza crust is very unique and delicious. It is smoky and slightly sweet. The chicken pesto pizza was incredible. Very good service.

Went there the Sunday before labor day for lunch and they were very under staffed and only two other guests eating there, our food took for ever to come. We ordered a hamburger, buffalo wings, chesadilla, humus dip and the shrimp tacos. The burger was the best, the rest of the food I could have made myself at home. It seemed like the staff also had their child there so maybe staff was distracted with childcare at one of the tables.

The roasted beet salad was boiled beets that tasted like nothing. The pepita seeds were missing and there was only a tiny bit of goat cheese. The server said he would bring a drink menu to the pool and never showed up again. I called the line 5 times with no answer.

Friendly, attentive staff and bartender. Food was all a huge disappointment. Salmon with Harissa (green?) and puréed lintels that were grey mush! No seasoning or flavors - not a single note - just grill the salmon with olive oil and salt, please! Hamburger was mediocre at best- sat on pass for several minutes waiting for salmon debacle to be “plated”. It was a slow evening but the kitchen clearly had no interest or intention in sending out anything that matched descriptions or prices on menu - $155 for weak diner food at a place that should be putting out solid basics that are well seasoned and correctly prepared. Not sure what happened here - we are local regulars that want to support the places we enjoy, but can’t recommend this beyond cocktails and maybe a pizza.

Steak was burnt but rare in the middle. So that wasn’t good. Service was eh.

So many good restaurants around Calistoga, don’t waste your time at this one.

Pizzas and chopped salad were tasty and portions were good. Gluten free crust on one pizza was great.
Service was non-existent. Very few customers. We waited 15 minutes to be approached by a server, 20 minutes later for first dishes to be served. Waited 10 minutes for water bottle to be refilled. Total lack of attention from hostess and wait staff. Too bad because food was good.

We had breakfast at Fleetwood and beyond the wonderful food, the service truly made the experience special. Our server, Gabriel L., was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Not only did he provide excellent recommendations on the menu, but he also made sure our special requests were accommodated, ensuring that our meal was exactly what we wanted. On top of that, he went above and beyond by suggesting great local wineries to visit after our meal.
