Loved the open layout of the restaurant and it was aesthetically pleasing. The food was good. The beet salad was amazing and i loved the orange beets which was like a sweeter taste than the purple one, the texture was like a tomato even. I'd return for the salad alone. Service was good.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip, had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, I love the omelette! But the dinner is just soso. They have limited choices, and the Brussels sprouts were a little burnt yet still hard to chew. My husband ordered the squid ink pasta, which was good, will recommend.

Fleetwoods has a casual ambience, with a friendly staff.....BUT there's a $30 dollar corkage!!.......that they bury in the fine print. Come on! There are only a handful of ritzy restuarants that insist on ripping thier patrons off with that kind of corkage fee. Fleetwood should NOT want to be amongst them.

Went there for Valentine's Day. Lobster bucatini was strain . My fiancé enjoyed the short rib with polenta and was awestruck at the level of cuisine offered. Thank you and can't wait to be back!!!

Unfortunately my $42 sirloin was a sad 4oz thin dry cheap cut of meat, for that price I'd expect the cut to be thicker, this was more in line of a steak dinner you'd get at Denny's with all the fixins for $15.99. My wife who had the burger said it was so bland and again the fries from a frozen sack was reminiscing of something probably from Denny's. It's strange that with a large kitchen and all the staff, why wouldn't fries be cut fresh daily. The service was polite and interior was inviting and clean. Beware when the server asks you for sparkling or still water, the sparkling is a $8 bottle of San Pellegrino, I though it was just sparkling from the soda gun. My fault. I wouldn't go back just based on the quality to price. 80% empty on a Saturday evening 6pm. We couldn't get a reservation at a few other spots around the area.

The food was really good. The service was completely haphazard, inconsistent and non-existent. It's a shame because the pizzas and pastas were delicious but they have to do a better job with service. Different person took our order, other person brought it. No one to ask for the check. No one checked with our table. Had to get up to ask for things multiple times. And food was served lightening fast but also completely staggered. Just not a great dining experience. Chaotic. And so unnecessary. This place could be great. If we eat here again it will be only for take-out orders.

Nice atmosphere but average food and service for the price you pay ! $14 for a pink lemonade!! I understand the discretion restaurants use for cocktails and food, but $14 for a non alcoholic beverage is a bit too

The food was good. The service was nonexistent. They barely took our order. Someone else brought the food and then no one ever came back to the table for anything. My husband finally went to the bar and got a glass of wine. No one brought the bill so we had to go to the bar to ask for our bill. We won't be back and we will not recommend it to anyone. It's a shame. We have come before and had a great time. Another restaurant off the list of choices in Calistoga.

Dinner. I ordered the octopus with pasta: octopus over salted, the dish was not delicious. Also, the special "Valentine's" dessert where strawberry was mentioned was without strawberry. I asked why, and the waitress brought a strawberry...Looks like on the breakfast was a shortage of staff, because one waitress did cocktails, served guests and checked out from the restaurant. I asked about tea and the waitress put a tea spoon on the table instead of giving it to me or put it on the napkin. Also, the water was with bubbles, and in my room ( I use the same water for tea) was without. The waitress asked if I was not comfortable with this water, I said yes, and cup with hot "bubbly" water was taken and never came back until I asked some lady ( waitress I guess) to bring another hot water for my tea. The tea was with bubbles also. I hope it was just soap, or the water as-is.I really like the chicken with mush potato though. Atmosphere was cozy. At evening time they have live music.
The price is reasonable and the breakfast is excellent, the avocado toast

Great service! Welcomed with smiles and hellos. The beet salad was fresh and flavorful. Pizza had a nice crust. Star was the bolognese, meaty, flavorful and we dipped all our crusts in it. Good selection of local wines, nice to see wines from the previous day of tastings.

Second time coming here but only now writing the review. This place has amazing food and super convenient that it's at the same hotel we stayed at. They offer a variety of American food from pizzas to pastas and more. I went with the mushroom pizza and it was fantastic! It had lots of great mushroom pieces and chunks of parmesan. It's a bit thicker on the crust but everything was delicious

Everything from service to drinks to all the food: apps to dessert was amazing! We are off the restaurant week menu and the portions were extremely generous. We had the sopa de ajo was amazing. I had grilled chicken breast which was cooked perfectly. It was served with some balsamic marinated onions which were so good I could eat an entire plate for dinner. Dessert was a divine chocolate mousse/ cake that was very rich and the perfect end to a meal. Our server Gisselle was amazing. She was so busy but stopped by often always with a huge smile.
