Tried breakfast, should of stuck with original plan of eating next door at Sarafornia! My hash had uncooked potatoes and wife's breakfast wrap was a soggy mess. Bummer, lesson learned.

Service was terrible. Our waitress brought food and never came back. I got up to ask for ketchup for fries, for water refills, and then for the bill after we had been finished for about 15 minutes. She was standing only a few feet away but would not make eye contact. It wasn't even busy so I don't understand. The food was good but if I have to serve myself, I can eat at home.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Hydro Grill was a letdown. The wait for our food was excessively long, which dampened the overall experience. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming in presentation. While I can say the taste was good, the initial impression was not favorable. It's a shame, as the atmosphere seemed promising
