Super overpriced and disappointing. Ordered a matcha and it was pure white like it had only milk and no matcha. The overnight oats were fine but extremely overpriced. And the people working here don’t care about customer service at all.
Stopped by for an iced oat milk latte while finishing up a bike ride in the early afternoon. No complaints! It hit the spot, the location was easily accessible. As someone that likes to incorporate coffee/pastry stops into my bike ride - this spot was a nice sight to see! Tomorrow I’ll have to go earlier and try out the food.

A hidden gem in Calistoga. Drinks were ok, coffee and tea were average quality but I was surprised with the quality of the food. The pastries were super amazing, like a French patisserie level, dont know if its their production or buy from someone else but they are good. I also tried the egg sandwich, properly made, again, bread amazing quality, fluffy, properly toasted, the tomato was seasoned(which is always a good sign of paying attention to detail) and the egg was perfectly runny, loved that squirt of yolk that coats the whole sandwich. As a local I will definitely stop by more often just for the food.

My wife and I agree this is the best avocado toast we've ever had. The breakfast burrito was delicious and substantial. The food is delicious and you get excellent value for money.
We sat in Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and chatted with other people having coffee and breakfast. The breakfast atmosphere is like none other we've experienced at a breakfast cafe.
Good fast service with tasty food in good setting. One doesn’t have to stay at the hotel to use it.

Amazing pastries, bad coffee
Staff were great but they don’t use a real espresso machine and the coffee is like water.
Wonderful little breakfast spot. Fire pit and a delicious egg

Great spot (during the week...not sure about weekends) to relax, get some sun & pamper yourself. The geyser h20 is so relaxing. Upscale pool noodles & floats to lounge on all day in 96-101 degree h2o from 6am-midnight.. BEST hotel bed I've ever slept in! Spa services were ok...I've had better for less $. I will go back for sure now that I have my bearings (all hotel info on large paper map/handout which I didn't like...prefer a guest book in the hotel room). Filtered drinking h20 machines all around the property was nice. A few places to get food right on the property with a main, upscale restaurant. Food was good...not excellent, which you would expect when you pay this kind of $, but we didn't go for the food, so that was ok. Ping pong, shuffle board, hammocks dotted around the property...in all a great time...I'm going back for sure.

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing visit. The pool, the spa, Sam's restaurant-all were perfection. The Buddha garden alone was worth a visit to the spa. Don't miss it! The staff was helpful and accommodating. We hope to be back in the winter.
The best kid friendly California resort, we frequent with our Son, Daughter and their families, who live in Northern CA. This was our third year in a row to celebrate Labor Day weekend with family at this amazing resort, with the biggest Mineral Water swimming pool, anywhere!
Perfect friends getaway. Relaxed and unplugged. Dining was exceptional. Spa was divine. Hot spring waters were the perfect RX. Comfortable beds. We never left the property. Really no need to. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
We chose Indian Springs for the unbelievable pools - and indeed they were amazing, but the resort had so much more to offer. The rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly, the entire property is pristine and well kept and the location is very convenient being steps aways from downtown. There are little activities all over the property: bocce ball, shuffle board, a quiet library, a cute courtyard cafe, a nice restaurant, a little cafe by the pools, a small hill for a quick hike plus so many little charming details. But most of all, you can't beat the retro/vintage feel - while floating on pool noodles, the pool makes you feel like being transported to another time, but with modern conveniences.
This was my second trip to the resort and I will continue to come for years. I left a very expensive pair of shoes and clothes and they returned it to my surprise. Everyone is friendly and the property is beautiful!
