Really pleased with this place. As a vegetarian/vegan (depending on my will power that day or month), I really appreciate they accommodated me when I asked for the chicken sandwich with mushrooms instead. It's not listed on the menu ( I recommend to Manager to make your support seen on your menu). The waitress obliged in an instant. Unfortunately, inflexible restaurants have me expecting to pay the same as the meat equivalent dish, it bothers me on principle. Not here! I got my vegetarian version of the sandwich, which also comes with a delicious salad for $16. The chicken version is $4. It's not the money; it's the support. I'll be back and bring my friends, carnivores and vegans alike.

Our dinner at Sam’s was absolutely scrumptious. We devoured every plate starting with the incredible grilled octopus to the peri peri chicken to the churros and butterscotch pot de creme for dessert! Just thinking about it makes me want to go back! All the ingredients tasted so fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced.
Our server was efficient and friendly. She goes around her tables in order of when guests are seated, which I appreciate.
The only thing that could have improved our experience is if the bench seating outside wasn’t so high. I think the bench alone is the proper height but a long bench cushion was added to make it a softer chair. Any adult who sat on it though was too tall for the table. The couple next to us immediately switched seats because the height is so off.
The interior of the restaurant is really beautiful. I am really looking forward to coming back here.

Well first of all zero eye contact from the hostess. She had a smug attitude and would not even listen to the reservation my gf made weeks later in advance for her sisters birthday. I felt like we had been judged by appearances from the moment we walked to the hostess station. My gf rightfully got defensive right away. I’m in no way angry at this establishment. But they lost some potential future spendy clientele. Very rude teenager hostess not respecting people decades older than her.

We've been here multiple times. And service has always been great. Today, service was missing a few beats. Our dishes were lovely but it was odd toast didn't come with anything to put on it and was only toasted on one side. Server did not come to check on us until our meal was essentially done. We would have liked hot sauce and water refills.

We had a delightful dinner. We dined outside and the weather was perfect. Service was excellent, quick and answered our questions. The pacing of the meal was also amazing. After sharing an artichoke to start our main course arrive within minutes of completing our appetizer. Highly recommened.
