Was in Calistoga for a quick pass through and found this place which was perfect for our family. Food was great and child friendly so perfect for our 5yo in tow. Overall happy with this place and will definitely come again.

The Real Deal is Sam’s Social Club which delivers on a great indoor and outdoor experience and some solid breakfast items.
Let’s start it off with the service, we got seat immediately on a Saturday morning, quickly asked about drinks, and then asked for the order. Servers were good but never really asked about the food.
Now onto the atmosphere that delivers an amazing dining area with bar area, with a pop up tent outdoor seating with heaters and fire pit area. There is a little bit of every experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Now onto the Main Event what you all came here to see: The Food! Let’s begin with the Avocado Toast which had a huge portion that could not eat without pulling it apart, the favors were lacking on every level 5/10. The Overnight Oaks was really good and delivers with favors and really fresh ingredients 9.5/10. The Hobb’s Applewood Smoke bacon was crispy, savory flavors so so good 9/10.
Overall pretty good breakfast place definitely give it a try….cheers!

This is our second time at the restaurant and we enjoyed both times Ashlee was our waitress and she was excellent. She went on break and another person helped us. We asked someone to switch our toast to an English muffin that was only glitch. They forgot to do otherwise everything was excellent.

Food was so good! I was bummed we couldn't sit outside and the inside wasn't as good of an atmosphere. Service was a little spotty but overall a great experience.

Our friends selected this for a lunch spot between wineries. We had reservations for 8 people, so we were seated quickly, plus it was early for a meal. The waitress took a while to get to us, asked only about drinks first, then left. After about 20 minutes to get drinks, we finally were able to order food. That was another 30 plus minutes to arrive. After over 90 minutes, we again had to wait to find her to get our bills! Too Long!!

Brilliant, we came for a birthday dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly accommodating and the food was to live a very long and beautiful life for (so you can come back one hundred times. Do NOT leave with getting the churros.

Best breakfast in Calistoga! Get the smoked salmon Benedict or the egg in the hole. Also, the best espresso martini with homemade cream I've ever had! You can sit outside with heaters or inside by the fireplace. Ambience is elevated casual. We eat here every morning we are in Calistoga.
The spot had an exceptionally lunch menu. John was our server and was extremely accommodating! Would suggested the crostinis and trout dip. The specialty pizza was unique/ delicious, but the classic margherita pizza was the best!

I have eaten at Sam's countless times. Sadly, the weakest link there has become more pronounced, so much so that the overall experience is significantly diminished. It's very difficult to welcome a foursome of dinner guests without ever looking at them, literally, but the female/male duo there last night pulled it off. Sadly, the food that followed was also inconsistent (tough ribeye, forgotten order). It all added up to a mediocre experience which, frankly, paralleled the soulless, take-a-number weekend stay at Indian Springs. The whole place needs a hospitality reboot, and soon.

The mushroom soup was super good and the drinks at the bar. Too bad, love to Indian Springs been going to Indian Springs for over a decade. Always make a reservation even if it’s slow or just go to Calistoga Inn- incredible service and food and drinks last night no reservations.
