Service is offered in the bar area. There is no service at the pool but you can take your food with you to your lounge chairs, if you wish. The bartender was very nice, and he made good recommendations.
Drinks were good but I'm not a fan of additions not mentioned in the description of their contents. I really enjoyed a spicy tequila drink but I didn't care for the surprise spice rim....
