Scott did a excellent job of explaining the history of this winery.... he was very knowledgeable and went beyond our expectations to explain the different wines and processes necessary to create the exceptional varieties of wine produced at Theorem.It was not just”wine tasting” but an experience of a couple’s dream come true.

Beautiful winery and estate in Diamond Mountain near the town of Calistoga. We had an amazing experience on a perfect summer day with Scott giving us a wonderful tour and tasting experience throughout the property.This was topped of by an incredible four course lunch and wine pairing on the grounds presented by Chef Josh Mitchell and Scott Allen from Napa Valley Heritage Catering. Everything and every touch was beyond expectations, without pretense and in a nurturing and genuine manner that encouraged us to relax, enjoy and drink in the experience with them as our guides. A wide variety and generous pouring of wines to taste, pair, and just enjoy made it a wonderful experience for our entire group during our first of what will be many visits to Theorem Winery!
