Bare Bonz Q was everything but bare bones... The food was plentiful, well presented, and so satisfying. We had brisket, turkey, Mac & Cheese, baked beans, and ambrosia salad. I had great conversations with the owner Daryl. He heard my needs and came through to make the event a success.PS: there was so much food left over everyone got to take some of Daryl's magic home with us.PPS: I can't believe that I didn't take any pictures of the food. Too focused on the event but I will try to update when I find someone who was a foodie photographer.

Hired Bare Bonz to cater my mother's 80th Birthday party. Food was AMAZING! We went with pulled pork sliders, Mac n cheese, and beans. Daryl was on point timing wise for this surprise party. HIGHLY recommend going with them! Also, sauses are TOP NOTCH!

Awesome food at my nieces 50th BDay party… I’m not a fan of BBQ so even writing a review was hard but this was refreshingly different! The brisket was over the top and I added a peach habanero sauce that was delish and made the dish!Roasted potatoes… the best;)Professional, perfect and loved everything… thank you Bare Bones!?

Daryl is kind and professional. He patiently worked with me on several menu changes before the event. He showed up literally at the crack of dawn to prepare the meat on site for our event and worked all day to create the most amazing brisket and ribs dinner! I can't hardly get it all on the table hot for 6 people and He managed to execute the timing for 60 of us with ease.

Highly recommend Bare Bonz Q! Great food, awesome smoker, and Daryl really knows what he is doing. He smoked a whole hog, brisket, and pastrami with home made mac n cheese and some chili. Even made a pulled Pork sandwich that was amazing. His sauces are really good too.
I recently tried Bare Bonz Q and I was very happy with the food. The brisket was my absolute favorite extremely tasty. I also got to try the chili with frito lays (this is what the chef recommended) and it was delicious. I liked the sweet heat sauce, it had lots of flavor and a nice kick to it. The Mac and cheese with fried onions on top was exquisite! Overall, the BBQ was amazing, I would recommend them for any catering needs. I was so excited to eat I forgot to take pictures of all the food I ate however, I got a picture of the chili with fritos. ?

I’ve been craving more of this sandwich since I finished it! The brisket was cooked to perfection and the sauce hit the spot. I couldn’t get enough of the chili too! The Mac n Cheese was so delicious that I finished it all before I could even take the picture. Definitely recommend for your next event!

This is one of the best BBQ meals I've experience! I have tried the Ribs and Brisket and they were smoked to perfection! I have had good ribs before however these ribs are mouthwatering, most tender, fall of the bone most delicious ribs out there. The sauces are outstanding and paired perfectly with the meats. Looking forward to trying the chicken and pork.....Bare Bonz Q has my high recommendation!

This review is long over due. Bare Bonz Q catered our baby shower. They were very professional, arrived on time and the presentation was beautiful. All of our guests were happy, and even my mother-in-law who lives on the East coast was asking if they could cater one of her events.The food was delicious, we would highly recommend them, everything was great!!! The pulled pork and chicken were tender. The salads and sides were very fresh and flavorful. The bbq sauces were a bit different from what we are used to, they were very unique and tasty. They had bold flavors, some were spicy, some were mild. My only complaint is the lack of labeling on the bbq sauces. I really wished they would have labeled them because it was hard to tell them apart, and not all of our guests could handle the spicier ones.Overall we were very satisfied!
