Owner was initially dismayed that we booked theory open table and our names weren't on hisc"handwritten" list, but we had only booked it about 29 minutes earlier. Beyond that everyone was VERY attentive and the food was very delicious. I had the rack of lamb special which was very tender. All glasses of wine seemed to be $12. Desserts were delicious and some of them are even imported from Milan, Italy. Tiramisu is made in house.

The food and service did not live up to the reviews. We were told the food was fresh but overheard another server say to another customer it was frozen. The bread was stale and burned. We ordered the minestrone soup to began with and instead of coming around with cheese the server put pepper in the soup. The frozen ravioli was not very good after that. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed.

Such a wonderful place! We were quick to be seated, bread and butter on table within seconds! Our server did amazing and catered to all the things we wanted. It was my boyfriend's birthday and our server secretly helped me surprise him. We even talked to the owner, very kind man. Food was ridiculously amazing. 10/10.

Service was great. All of the pasta was outstanding, the salads were very average. Appetizer (roasted garlic bruschetta was outstanding.
For the app we got a roasted cauliflower with Sriracha and it was delicious. Entree Pesto pasta and Pollo Marsala.
Both were very tasty. Used angel hair for the pesto, it was a bit dense but had good flavor. Pollo Marsala has a delicious sauce!
Torroncino for dessert. Absolutely delicious. Italian chocolate ice cream with a hazelnut center dusted with cocoa powder.
The servers were on top of everything. Great service and the food was out quickly.

Although we've been in the area for over a year, this was our first trip to Bistro 13, and it certainly won't be our last. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. The owner made us feel right at home with his warm and engaging demeanor, the service was flawless, and the food was absolutely delicious. If only we hadn't waited so long to try it! This has become our new favorite local spot.
