A great dinner as usual. We were accompanied by two other couples who were visiting us from San Diego and they were very impressed by the food, the wonderful and friendly service. Bistro 13 is the best of the best, kudos to the owner.

Nice little neighborhood Italian family-owned restaurant. The owners get to know their customers and the staff are all very kind, accommodating to your needs, and very efficient in terms of timing, water, drinks, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Improvements that would help them up their game would be to serve real Italian crusty bread. The bread we were served was something just purchased over at a local grocery store - it seemed like a plain sliced rye bread that had no rye seeds or flavor. Very disappointing for an Italian restaurant. As for the house wine, it should be tasted before serving it to your customers - the glass of Chianti I ordered was undrinkable and I had to send it back. An easy way is to write on the bottle’s label the date the bottle was opened, and depending on how it was stored, it probably shouldn’t be served after 5 - 7 days once it’s been opened. To the server’s credit, she opened a new bottle and offered me a glass. I ordered the seafood crepe for my entree and it was cooked a little too long. The crepe texture had changed, the ends of the crepe were hard, and the inside of the crepe was so hot, I burned the inside of my mouth.I would go back as I think family-owned independent restaurants should be supported and if they want to improve, they will read reviews, except for those reviewers who are never happy, with a mindset that we want them to succeed and flourish.

Consistently outstanding in all aspects. Lot of choices on regular menu, with a few specials offered each night. Wine list is OK but could use a few new options. Quality of food also great. Have been dining here for over twenty years and have never had a subpar meal. Service is attentive and top notch.

We had a wonderful dinner at Bistro 13. The waiters were helpful with suggestions about dinner and choosing wine to go with our entrees. Their lasagna dish was ready to serve so they made up a special plate with all of the lasagna ingredients but without the layers of meat, cheese etc., it was very tasty. The servers were very attentive without being in the way. We completed our dinner with coffee and some gelato. The restaurant always has a nice buzz.

Had a wonderful experience at bistro 13 over the weekend. Asked for a quiet table and got the very last table in the back. We were able to hear each other easily and we all enjoyed the company And the food. The Chilean Seabass was phenomenal! Service was wonderful.

Dinner with a friend who has eaten at Bistro 13 many times and recommended it highly. It did not disappoint. We ate on their patio area outside. Tables very nicely spaced. Next to parking area but no road noise or parking lot smell. Overall, 4+ star ambiance. Our server was at our table right away to get our drink order. Despite having a full bar, they only have bottled beer - nothing on draft. Not terrible since they had a couple that I like to choose from. They had a seafood special that sounded good. But there was a chicken menu item that also sounded good. We asked if we could have the menu item made with the seafood. No problem. The dish turned out terrific!Service was excellent throughout. Both the manager and the owner came to the table (separately) to make sure everything was going well. Nice touch!!!Excellent food, Excellent service. Fair prices. Great value. Our new go-to Italian restaurant.
