Border Dogs And Michelaguas

I ordered guac hotdog and asked if any hot drink like coffee available. Of course no as I expected. So I only ordered the hotdog. Later, I got a whole tray of foods, including hotdog, fries and a cup of hot water and a cup of instant coffee. I got what I wanted, hot coffee, and free! I am so touched by the service. Very thoughtful! 5 stars of course! And highly recommend!

We waited for a long time maybe 40 minutes later to receive our food. It was not worth the wait. Others got their food before us and ordered after.

So good! I got the esquite with Cheetos and chilli cheese fries. It was all so fresh and so good. Definitely reccomend. I also got the watermelon agua Fresca and it tasted like fresh watermelon juice!!!

Disgusting food, broken buns, undercooked bacon. I almost feel like I got robbed based on how expensive these dogs were vs how undercooked and gross they turned. And we had to wait 25 minutes for them as well! For shame!

If you are the owner and reading this, I hope you take the comments on here to heart. This establishment is awful as is.

Terrible. Number 1 rule about serving hot dogs: do not rip the bun. It's pointless to serve the dog once you have, might as well serve slop. The michelaguas can't be closed so don't even think about ordering to go. Not worth the experience.

Order border dog. Two of them. They came with huge pieces of onion and bell paper, just warm, not cooked, not caramelized. Amateur people running restaurant. One time place to visit, not even one time. Overpriced, soulless food. Hot dogs from vendors cart from parking lots tastes 1000 times better. And 3 times cheaper. Surprised this guys still in business. Don’t go to this place!!!!

I don’t know how you mess up a hot dog. But seriously the worst hot dog I have ever had. The bun seemed microwaved. I ended up getting rid of the bun, and even still, the hot dog wrapped in bacon was not good at all. On top of that, it was incredibly expensive.

I used to love going to Camarillo Outlets and getting a delicious Johnny Rocket hotdog and fries. Unfortunately since they closed, I decided to try this new place. I would rate Border Dogs very average at best. Very plain sausage in a bun sprinkled with cheese. Fries were ok but not great. You will spend at least $15.50 for a pretty boring hot dog. Not worth!

Waited 22 minutes for one hotdog… When I got the hotdog, it was so soggy. It fell out of the bun at eat the entire thing with my fingers.

Horrible, workers are obviously uninterested in their jobs, which is scary when it comes to food. I got a bacon wrapped hotdog with the fixings, and it was crazy to only get red bell peppers but as I looked through the small kitchen window, they were dicing green bell peppers, between that, the bacon wrapped hot dog tasting very premade, as well has the fries not being fried at the right temp (it was a hot, but soggy mess), I am very disappointed, especially at the price point. Doesn't seem ownership cares very much as they don't reply to these reviews.

Walked in and walked out. Had a nasty smell and the lady at the counter was less than welcoming. Those 2 are enough for me to know this is not a place for me nor my family to visit. Border Dogs 😂😂😂 Camarillo is in California not Mexico.

I got food poisoning.

Expensive for a combo, fries are an additional $6. Hawaiian burger didn't have much flavor and a ton of onion. $12 for it too
