Terrible customer service from Linda , this past Saturday I went to pick up my 25th wedding anniversary cake that I ordered months in advance and prepaid for simple order two stack cakes and needed the cake for a Sunday delivery to my event location they told me that couldn’t be possible so I decided to pick up ny self so I went on Saturday, to faced the most rude customer service from Linda my cakes were not stacked the way they were ordered she told me is nothing I can do because the note that employee Mayra took doesn’t said they supposed to be stack over so I ask how long is Mayra working here she said many years and she will not make that mistake so I said but you were here that day that I ordered and she reply very rudely but I didn’t take the order so for and me very frustrated I said well can you call someone to fix this she said absolutely not they all gone for the day, me well can you call the owner for a solution she said I will never call the owner to bother for this so Madam do you want this cakes or not I said well At least sell me the stuff you use to stack it my self and she rudely said we ca not sell that i said why not she said because I don’t even know what price, but before that she told me that 18 dollars charge wasn’t noted in the receipt and that was the reason for the mistake. Anyway this experience was the worse at this bakery that I love so much but don’t think I will never come back again. So if anyone has a recommendations will be appreciated.

Beautiful cake but I can tell that they’re probably changing to cheaper ingredients which is unfortunate but understanding in these times.The cake was still delicious but not as great as it used to be.

It smells amazing but this is a hard pass from now on. Not fresh and all the cookies taste like chemicals
Quality if cakes which are selling at a premium price is dropping to a mediocre level.
Cakes not fresh , not iff shelf or for order. Last cake crumbled as it was cut and placed on a serving plate. A custom birthday cake. Good but not same quality as was. Something has has changed .

Beautiful display of cakes and pastries. Friendly, patient staff. I got some chocolate chip muffins, an apple strudel, and a red velvet cupcake. All were amazing! This is definitely a first choice bakery for those with a sweet tooth.
