Small place. Good quality food. Had the items they were shouting out on their menu - ordered the handmade Gyoza. They were good but came out slightly burnt. Also had the Kara Miso ramen. Good flavor as well - noodles were delicate but chewy. Nice pork broth flavor. There’s something about ramen where an odd bitterness is rounded out at the end of the palate and it always throws me off on the flavor. Decent quality overall - but at $18 for the ramen (cheapest of all the ramens)...
Just want to start out by saying this place has phenomenal ramen. I came here randomly to meet a friend and was so pleasantly surprised by the food. The place is small but cute. I did feel very rushed throughout our time there. They definitely strive for a quick turn around.
