The recipe is very disciplined in Korean and Japanese broth techniques. Though the restaurant interior comes off Japanese, the side dish of red pepper paste (Gochujang 고추장) threw me off when I ordered the tsukumen. Food was extremely delicious here! I will be back. I was recommended this place by my coworker who had been coming for years growing up. He did mention the taste isn’t as good as before, but it surely does still hit the spot for ramen! In my opinion, it is quite a hefty price for some of their items, but food and quality does taste great along with their quick service, so I can’t complain much about it.
