These guys are the real deal. Nothing less than first class customer support. The winemaking team puts a lot of effort into the operation and makes customers feel part of the process. Great experience and great people.

Went by on Saturday August 5, 2023 and it's all closed up tight. No one around. It may be by appointment only. Or not doing tasting any longer.

This review is specific to their CUSTOMER SERVICE, or lack thereof. Made the drive from West Covina last weekend (8/20) to visit and do a wine tasting. We checked their website and Yelp before heading up and all indications were that they were open for business...just stop in. Of course, when we arrived the door was locked and the tasting room dark. I figured there might be someone in the back getting ready for the harvest and crushing season. I knocked loudly on the front door and a gentleman came out from the back. When I told him what happened, he said that given the current situation, they were closed. He also said it was posted everywhere. No apology, no customer interaction skills. We went back to the car and double checked the website, and NO...that was not true, nothing stated the tasting room was closed. I called and left a fairly heated message on their answering machine, yet as of this posting, we haven't received a call back. I checked again this afternoon before posting this review, and their website still doesn't state that they're closed for tastings. Just about every other winery/tasting room in the Oxnard and Ventura area is open to the public. Very disappointing experience and probably won't return. Oh well, their loss...we're big wine drinkers.

Best place to make your wine!

When I walked in Bourbon, my first impression was that I'm impressed with the look. I totally loved the bar area and totally peeped out the espresso station at the front! The service was A1!!! Our waiter was everything, PJ you're the man! I came here to check out the menu for my holiday party and I was very much impressed with the food, service and drinks! One entrée you all must try is the LOBSTER POT PIE!!! It is to die for!!! Put your diet on pause and order that! It was so buttery and delicious!

I took my mother here a while back and we both had a really fun time. I'm more the wine drinker, but she did her fair share! Neither of us are wine experts, but we liked the idea of trying different wines here in Camarillo and this place fit the bill. They didn't mind that we weren't well versed in wine and took the time to explain what the place was about and how we went about it, which we appreciated. The location is interesting, it's in a large complex. Definitely plenty of parking.

This is a local winery, that produces wine for many individual winemakers, and does tasting of reasonably priced wines, it’s Black Friday in November, with half priced tasting. Very personable young lady pouring the wine. Just go on the website for open hours. Google is incorrect

Atmosphere and wines were unique. Bought a bottle of “Happiness”.

The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is great! However, the wines - Rose this weekend - were absolutely awful!

If you plan on doing a tasting-fine. But don't fall for their buy a bottle and your "tasting is half off". Not to mention, the service. Very unsatisfied and would have not brought new friends from out of town here. Would not recommend. It's not about the money, it's about the principle and the not so friendly customer service.

A group of us visited on a Sunday afternoon for a friend's birthday. Gayle provided great customer service. She was friendly, fun and knowledgable. We printed the ad from the website and got $3 off the price of the tasting for each of us. We enjoyed the wines and we could bring in our own snacks. The place got busy with customers but Gayle made sure that our glasses were full. We had a great time. There are new wines every few weeks from local wine makers. We would definitely go back.

Nelson! Where do I start? Walked in very quiet a gentleman came out told us have a seat and someone would help us in a bit. He gave us a free glass of wine while waiting! Nelson came out and blew us away! Can't wait to come back!!!
