Great food. Fast service.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak because I cannot eat beef. They gave me beef. I'm so extremely disappointed and annoyed.

First off: Google maps lists this in the wrong location. It's in the food hall!

The place is way, way overpriced for the amount you get. They also fail to accurately list what does and does not come with the cheesesteaks. If the menu itself lists bacon, steak, and cheese and it comes with extra, then that should be on the actual menu, not on an easy-to-miss pamphlet to the side.

No one was at the counte, and we thought it was closed at first as well.

The cheese fries were alright, if a bit overcooked in a few spots. Likely won't come here again.

I ordered a cheesesteak, kimchi fries, & extra cheese. Not only did they NOT give me Kimchi fries, but I also didn’t receive the extra sauce that I paid for either. Their food tastes great but it doesn’t matter if I can’t even get the correct food.
They gave the wrong order yesterday too. They kind of suck.

Truly one of the blandest cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. There was supposed to be pickles and mayo on it, but it came without. We paid over $20 for one sandwich a small fry and drink. Crazy.

Great sandwiches. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken. The lemonade is pretty great, as well. Most importantly, the staff at this outlet mall location is wonderful. Ithink they are the reason the food here is better than at other Charlie's locations. I would go back just to support the employees there, but the food is good enough to make me want to go there.

It was beautiful. It wasn't very tasty. It's something to try. It's like our döner kebab. Portions are large, affordable.

Why have a phone number if you don't answer it. Try calling this location. Go ahead, they don't answer the phone. Tried ordering online and it said order can't be placed and to call this location. So now I can't order online, I can't call. Just do us all a favor and shut this place down.
