I asked for a burrito with barbacoa and never got the meat inside the burrito. I then ask the lady that there was no meat and completely flipped out and threw the burger into the bin.

We found a cockroach in the food. My sister was eating and she got a cockroach on her fork. So gross. 🥺The staff was laughing. They didn't even say sorry. She said I will return your money.

I am never one to talk about my food especially when someone else is making it but this is the SECOND time I ordered online and receive a bowl basically half empty. I asked for double meat and received less than half of the first portion they give. I ordered chicken and was getting pieces of steak in my bowl. It doesn’t even taste fresh even when I ordered it to be directed straight to my home.

I got two burritos. Double wrapped to make it easier. But they decided it would suit them better if they wrapped it into a ball with half the ingredients on the outside and as soon as I pick it up. The rest falls out. The girl had hella attitude the whole time and would separate the tortillas more than a 1/4 inch to make it even close to making it worth getting it double wrapped. I don’t get it like that because I want more tortillas. I get it was lunch rush but come on. No competence at all. Good food tho. Trash service.

They forgot my salsa, I ordered chips and salsa. I had to go back inside and ask for it. They also only served approximately 2 tablespoons of beans with my kids meal. I paid $18 for low grade service.

I love Chipotle especially their Burrito bowls! I kinda noticed the portions is not as it was before. Still affordable. I am not good with too much spicy so I am glad I can request the hot salsa on the side.

The food line is disturbingly disgusting. I went in at 9:20 pm. There were rags on the the counter beans and meat and cheese all over the prepping table. I spoke to one of the workers ad to why is it so messy. And I was told that there gonna close soon. That is a sad excuse. They should clean as they go. Never had I ever seen a Chipotle this messy. Wish I took a picture.

Let's start by saying that if I order double chicken, rice, and beans, I would like to receive that. When I ordered online and picked up a burrito smaller than my fist, I said that this wasn't what I ordered. The lady who made it wasn't too pleased. I didn't say anything rude or disrespectful, but you can believe she had an attitude. Maybe make the order the way it was placed, and you won't have to redo it.
