Busy place. Pretty much another chipotle. Place was kinda dirty. No clean tables.

The food line is disturbingly disgusting. I went in at 9:20 pm. There were rags on the the counter beans and meat and cheese all over the prepping table. I spoke to one of the workers ad to why is it so messy. And I was told that there gonna close soon. That is a sad excuse. They should clean as they go. Never had I ever seen a Chipotle this messy. Wish I took a picture.
Let's start by saying that if I order double chicken, rice, and beans, I would like to receive that. When I ordered online and picked up a burrito smaller than my fist, I said that this wasn't what I ordered. The lady who made it wasn't too pleased. I didn't say anything rude or disrespectful, but you can believe she had an attitude. Maybe make the order the way it was placed, and you won't have to redo it.

I usually enjoy Chipotle’s food, but the customer service at this location has been consistently disappointing, especially with a certain gentleman who i’m assuming is the manager. There’s often a noticeable attitude from some of the staff, which makes the experience uncomfortable. I understand everyone has bad days, but when this kind of energy becomes a pattern, it really stands out. As a customer, I always try to be polite and friendly—but I feel that courtesy isn’t being returned. It’s gotten to the point where I genuinely dread coming in. I hope management takes note and encourages a more welcoming environment.

I rarely give reviews, but today I was really bothered by this visit to this particular Chipotle. I went to order a bowl to go before I had to head to my military night shift. As I am ordering, I notice my portion of steak was nonexistent and I was forced to pay for an extra portion even though it was still inadequate. The portion wasn't even close to what has been the standard. It was like a portion for an eight year old child. When I mentioned this and made a subtle complaint the older gentleman rolled his eyes and said something to the younger gentleman nest him preparing my toppings in Spanish, which I have no problem with, but the reaction felt just rude and offensive because they looked at me and laughed in a way that felt as if I was being mocked for the complaint I had about the steal portion. Overall, there's a reason I haven't been to this Chipotle in awhile.

What’s up with the attitude here, they leave customers hanging on the line while they’re sneaking around, then they don’t have guacamole neither they have chips. Every single employee has an ass face here.

The employees at most Chipotle’s are miserable. It could be the employees, but it’s more likely the lack of help during the shifts. I believe corporate is trying to cut cost and does not provide the help they should have.
I don’t plan to be a frequent patron at Chipotle any longer.
