I asked for brown rice and they told me they were out it was barely 12:50 pm food was cold when i get to my car

Standing in line as I type this (45 mins btw). I can't believe how clueless all the employees look. I get it's a newer location but this can't be normal. So unbelievably slow. 3 stars because the food is still good even tho it was not hot :/
