Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Daniel, the Retail manager, went far above and beyond to ensure our Thanksgiving was saved. They (Daniel and the restaurant manager) absolutely bent over backwards to give us everything we asked for, some of which I was surprised to see them accommodate. Can not say enough good things about this location.

I can’t believe that this place doesn’t serve pot roast. Surely that’s a staple for an old country store. Thats really what I came in for, had to settle for chicken salad, not quite the same, so marked down for this.

The food is pretty good, although some dishes are clearly tastier than others. Nonetheless, our main issue was that the food took really long to arrive at our table. We weren't even given something to drink at the beginning.

I understand this might happen when you have a lot of clients, but when we arrived, there weren't that many people. It just looked like some staff struggled having their service in order.

Last holiday season, I was having a lot of issues with my Lupus which made my arthritic hands unable to make my famous chocolate chip pecan pie. I searched every restaurant in my old home town in MD and found that Cracker Barrel had it. I was so excited to try it. By golly it was almost an exact replica, even to my crust!! AND DELICIOUS!!!! So this year after settling in CA, we went to our local Cracker Barrel and they still had them! Thanksgiving dinner was fabulous and topped off nicely with their chocolate chip pecan pie!!!!

I wanted to share my disappointment with the service we received from Rebecca during our visit. She was extremely rude to me and the group I was with, making us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Her attitude made it seem like she didn’t want to be there, which is concerning for someone in a customer-facing role. When we asked her questions, the attitude she gave us was terrible—dismissive and unhelpful, as if we were bothering her by simply trying to communicate. Rebecca appeared uninterested in helping or caring for us, and her lack of professionalism significantly impacted our experience. I strongly suggest she reflects on whether this is the right occupation for her, as her behavior was far from what we expected or deserved.

Unfortunately and likely due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, the menu was limited and some of the advertised items were not available.

Great prices and service can't wait until the store and dine in reopen.

Parking: Was plenty of parking until Finney's took up over half of it. Now you most likely have to park in outlet general parking which is a bit of a walk to the entrance and requires crossing the lane of cars coming into center.

Cracker Barrel is a wonderful place to be around the holidays. Our food server struggled as she seemed new, but she was doing her best. It would have been nice to have broccoli available as a side option as I'm allergic to green beans (I had to send my food back as there were green beans on the plate in spite of notifying my server of my food allergy).
The restaurant was very busy, but all of the staff we encountered were exceptionally courteous and upbeat. I'm grateful to all those who work on holidays for the rest of us! 🦃

Parking: Ample parking as restaurant is located in an outdoor shopping mall.

I love getting the sirloin steak tips and 3 eggs for breakfast here. And for Christmas you have to definitely stop off at the store in the front and check out their Christmas ornaments and gifts. And their store is the only place I can get the seasonal Dionis Caramel Pumpkin Spice lotion! It's Pumpkin Spice, Thanksgiving, Christmas goodness all in a bottle.

After spending a long time shopping at Camarillo Premium Outlet, I came to this popular American restaurant for lunch. The decoration inside the restaurant obviously has a bit of thought and a bit of western style. There were many customers at noon, but luckily we didn’t have to wait too long. Today we ordered Signature BBQ Rib, Fried Chicken and Steak. The taste was better than we expected. The rib tasted very good and the steak was very tender. It doesn’t reach the Michelin level, but it’s enough to let us understand why so many people come here to have lunch. It is also worth mentioning that the products in the store outside the restaurant are very exquisite. We spent a lot of time there and bought some Christmas boutiques.

We had breakfast, and it was good. Next time, we’ll go for lunch. The waitress was nice and helpful with meal choices too. We always love walking through the gift shop too.
