The waiter took more than 15 minutes to take our order. And he never came back and asked if we wanted anything else, any wave fills on our drinks, it was really bad service and the food, it was incredibly nasty. And the dumplings came out all soupy, and the taste was awful, at least he took that off earth jack, but still, everything else was just not worth it.

Food was great! Bacon cooked to perfection! But the highlight was the service. Our server Susan was friendly, kind and welcoming! Such a happy disposition and went over and beyond to make our visit pleasant!

On 8/16, my husband's birthday (Fredric Washington a reward's member), we drove an hour to visit the Cracker Barrel in Camarillo, which we do often. On this day the food was not prepared as ordered; however, our server Marysol was fantastic and did everything she could to make our visit perfect. She had our food re-made to our liking and was extremely attentive!
Additionally, the manager on duty, made sure we received freshly made meals, drinks to-go, and CocaCola cake to celebrate the special day. He was wonderful but did not give us a card with his name. Thanks to both of you! Rose

2nd time I have driven to cracker barrel to get my favorite only to be told we are out of the meal I wanted. It was early Thursday 5:30 and it was their advertised turkey meal. Thursdays special.
