Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

coffee was cold. hash browns undercooked, pancakes tasted like the kind you cook in a toaster. the waitress was really nice & tried her best, she even reduced the price of my breakfast. the people that work the front & the waitresses are top notch great hosts. the food is questionable.

It was slow, management walked pass me and my husband 3 or 4 times. She seemed like she needed to sit down and had a attitude never greeted us or made eye contact. We noticed everyone had biscuits before the meal. We got ours half way through the meal. That was my first time there. The grits were horrible like instant grits in water. I really hate that I had this experience. This was one of my favorite places.

Cracker Barrel has great pancakes. I love pancakes and it was my brother's first time at Cracker Barrel and he loved the visit along with the foog he had. We will definitely make a return 💋

You can never go wrong here. Chicken fried steak or fried chicken are worth the trip. Comfort food at comfortable prices. Sometimes the food comes too fast is the only downside.

Staff is very friendly as is the atmosphere. Food is also very good, but make sure you come here with an appetite because they will fill you with biscuits before you get your main meal. All of us got some of the hashbrown casserole, and mine had steak tips which were cooked to perfection. They have a cute little gift store you can browse through on your way in or out too.

Ordered biscuits and gravy with sausage, and a side of bacon.. not what I expected biscuits and gray is smothered and this was separated.... sausage was ice cold to the touch. And bacon looked as it was sitting around not freshly cooked.. our waitress was great.. but food was sub-par

To be fair, they cater to a demographic of people who prefer bland food, so I can see why their breakfast was sub-par, in my opinion. I've only ever been here for dinner, and I LOVE their fried chicken dinner, so I had high expectations for their breakfast. I came with a friend who had never had their food before and he fell in love with the store, so he eas excited to try their food. We both ordered different plates so we could share and try each other's. All I will say is the only good thing we had out of the 7 different menu items we had was the pancakes. Everything else was so, so BAD! Honestly, as an ethnic person who is accustomed to flavor and seasoning, I'll never eat their breakfast menu again.

I loved Craker Barrell in Calabasas. We went with a group of people. The biscuits melted in my mouth with butter and blackberry jam. I had the grilled trout and mashed potatoes and gravy. It was delicious. My husband had the Shepherds pie with the cornbread. He loved it. I also loved the gift shop at Cracker Barrell. It was great. I will definitely return again.
