I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were stone cold after a long wait under the heat lamps and tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil.
I asked the cashier if she liked cold fries and she said "yes" emphatically. I gave her mine and explained why people don't like cold fries. She offered to replace them - but by that time I'd eaten the burger and wanted to be on my way.
She didn't seem concerned and didn't offer any other suggestions - like refunding my purchase...read full review
