Everything was chill but I made a simple request for caramel drizzle in my iced coffee when I made my order & they were happy to obliged. When I get my order the girl at the counter pointed out “oh you wanted caramel drizzle on top right?” Then I asked can you just put drizzle in another cup & pour my iced coffee in that one (simple enough). Nope bc they are wasting cups ?? I paid for my whole order already & it totaled 30 but you can’t shell out 5 cents for another cup ?? That’s actually crazy. The order wasn’t for me I was picking up for my work & yeah I was annoyed to say the least. If you guys can’t do a simple request then don’t say yes in the beginning & not even attempt to remedy it. “Customer service” more like CUNTomer service cause apparently I was asking for too much guys. & manager as a fellow Latina I expected you to do better fr.

We went in today Oct 1/2024 for a quick drink and donuts the gentleman name Russell was very friendly and very respectful and well knowledgeable he help me and family out because we didn’t know the drink names we told him the color was blue and he knew what we needed and he made my wife a Dunkin’alette very koo thank you Russell much respect ?
Parking: Good parking not hard at all

Wheelchair accessibility: They have flat crib so you can go up with your wheelchair

The Donut Queen was closed, so I decided to give Dunkin a try because it is close by. I got a coffee, cinnamon roll, and omelet bites. The roll didn't taste fresh and also lacked flavor; the omelet bites were not too bad, though nothing special; the coffee was the worst, no flavor and I threw it away.
The two people working were very nice, but there should have been three. I waited at least five minutes before placing my order because they were both preparing online orders.

I enjoy coming to the Camarillo location because of Kim and Russell ! They are always kind to the customers and go out of their way to make them feel at home and welcome ! The business is always clean and the drinks and food always taste great ! I keep coming back because of that reason .

We were completely ignored until the manager came out, the two employees just looked at us and continued their work, no "hi, welcome in or we'll be right with you" we almost walked out, the manager was very apologetic, she probably needs new employees. My bagel was fine, my husband got a ham and cheese croissant which is tiny and it had a chemical smell, next time we're in town I'll go to the Donut Queen.

Visited this store while in California was difficult to find since it is located in the lobby of CBC Bank. This is the only one in the area for roughly 25 miles.

Talk about great customer service. Kimberly is the best always working quick and efficiently to get our orders done. My wife and I love going there because of her five star service and energetic personality.
