Stopped in for a late, for me, lunch recently. The food is okay, nothing special, but I'd was severely underseasoned to the point that it bordered in bland. There wasn't any hint of salt at all. That wouldn't be as big an issue if there were salt and pepper shakers on the tables. At the very least a small plate with those small packets of S&P would've been appreciated. Sorry to say I was disappointed in my meal . We have eaten here many times since it opened and this time was not up to par. The food was almost cold, not piping hot as usual. Rice and beans were dry. I would have sent mine back but because I was seated with back to the wall between others, I wasn’t able to leave my chair The wait person was an older lady not the young one we usually see. She didn’t come back to check on us either.. First time disappointed....
As a frequent customer I had my first disappointing meal here.
Rice and beans were really dry and the whole #10 combo was only warm in temperature. This is not the norm and had I not been seated against the wall between people I would have gone up to the counter for a re-do. I’m kicking myself for not doing that because my leftovers were better after I heated them up later in the day.
