They forgot the chicken on our entire order, then refused to remake it, and threw a container of chicken out the window at me when I asked them to. Jennifer was incredibly rude, lazy and an uncooperative employee. They won’t even fix their mistakes, and will treat you badly for returning to get your food remade after they mess up
Online and on the window they have them posted hours as closing at 10pm. The dining room is supposed to close at 9:30 but the drive thru remain open until 10. They constantly close early with no notice. Say one tuesday they close at 10 pm, they will randomly decide to close at 9:30 the next tuesday. Tonight, a friday night, I got to the drive thru around 9:20. There were two people in front of me who were ordering. By the time I got to the speaker it was about 9:28. An automated voice came on saying they were closed and when I spoke, no one responded. I had to wait for the two people in front of me to pay and get their food. when i got to the window I explained that I got to the speaker before they closed and had been stuck waiting the entire time and asked if I could still order. The manager rudely walked up to the window and said I’m not gonna take your order, they were the last customer. I just said ok thanks and drove off, but I wish I had asked what their hours actually are. It’s so random and it seems like it’s based on how they are feeling that night if they want to close early. It’s frustrating when some nights I can’t go earlier and I confirm online that they close at 10 then when I spend time and gas making the trip to get their at 9:20 I don’t get food. I think as a business, one of the most important and responsible things you can do is make sure your hours online are consistent with what is happening in reality. It’s a waste of your customers time.

Very bad chicken, very dry not much taste ....asked for more salad dressing wanted $1.00 for dry salad.

Fast service and gets orders right. The only issue is they are SOOO stingy with salsa. I’ll get two 4 piece meals and they will straight give you two salsas. It’s so annoying when you aren’t home or somewhere you can get it. Even if you specifically order like 6 or 7, they don’t care. They will give you two.
I totally understand that when it’s busy, it’s busy. I ordered a Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl. I come home, and once I opened my food, I get the smallest miserable piece of avocado. It was literally a quarter sized avocado piece.

Service was awful, food ok. But as soon as I ordered through drive through the guy forgets my order completely. Then when I get it, it comes with all kinds of cilantro. Not hating on cilantro but if its covering the tacos in mountains of it there's a problem
They close the doors at 9 pm after that only drive through open. The shrimp chopped salad is small.
Cilantro dressing was not as always.. it wasn't green...

Very disappointed I got 4 crunchy tacos and a shrimp salad and all my chicken tacos were burnt so bad I couldn't even eat the tacos

Ordered online so I could create my bowl the way I like and can't believe I paid extra for cheese to get barely any cheese. Seriously, it's like less then a pinch of cheese. Just insulting.

Very busy at prime time counter guy was either overtired or disinterested in customer service
First time and last going there. No one in the restaurant, no one in the drive tru, once I got my food I could see why. Not only did I pay extra for white meat, I did not receive it. I had to go back and return the nasty food. They had an attitude about it but still offered to remake the food. I declined because Hell no! Im not trusting that food.

Our family tried to go in at 8:30, all doors locked. Employees just ignored us; but there was a customer inside.
