Fast service and gets orders right. The only issue is they are SOOO stingy with salsa. I’ll get two 4 piece meals and they will straight give you two salsas. It’s so annoying when you aren’t home or somewhere you can get it. Even if you specifically order like 6 or 7, they don’t care. They will give you two.

I totally understand that when it’s busy, it’s busy. I ordered a Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl. I come home, and once I opened my food, I get the smallest miserable piece of avocado. It was literally a quarter sized avocado piece.

Service was awful, food ok. But as soon as I ordered through drive through the guy forgets my order completely. Then when I get it, it comes with all kinds of cilantro. Not hating on cilantro but if its covering the tacos in mountains of it there's a problem

They close the doors at 9 pm after that only drive through open. The shrimp chopped salad is small.
Cilantro dressing was not as always.. it wasn't green...

Ordered online so I could create my bowl the way I like and can't believe I paid extra for cheese to get barely any cheese. Seriously, it's like less then a pinch of cheese. Just insulting.

First time and last going there. No one in the restaurant, no one in the drive tru, once I got my food I could see why. Not only did I pay extra for white meat, I did not receive it. I had to go back and return the nasty food. They had an attitude about it but still offered to remake the food. I declined because Hell no! Im not trusting that food.

I ordered take out. It was a classic tostada salad chicken I bit into a piece and the chicken was rubbery. So I went back in and asked to get it replaced and I could not BELIEVE THE ASSEMBLY COOK TOOK MY BITTEN CHICKEN AND PUT IT BACK INTO THE SERVING POT for someone else to eat. This is unbelievable I could not believe it. I asked to speak to the manager and after telling her what happened. She just smiled apologized and left my bitten chicken still for other serving. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU EAT THERE!

I got a chicken avocado burrito the one piece of avocado was green and terrible it was full of bean juice that leaked out all over the bottom it had lettuce in it which was terrible. Worst burrito I ever got from El Pollo loco. Update. El Pollo loco reached out to me with concern about my post. They were very professional and I am definitely going to continue eating at El Pollo loco. It was just one bad one. PS it was a chicken avocado burrito which is my favorite and it just got made improperly that day.
