Fast service and gets orders right. The only issue is they are SOOO stingy with salsa. I’ll get two 4 piece meals and they will straight give you two salsas. It’s so annoying when you aren’t home or somewhere you can get it. Even if you specifically order like 6 or 7, they don’t care. They will give you two.

Service was awful, food ok. But as soon as I ordered through drive through the guy forgets my order completely. Then when I get it, it comes with all kinds of cilantro. Not hating on cilantro but if its covering the tacos in mountains of it there's a problem

I got a chicken avocado burrito the one piece of avocado was green and terrible it was full of bean juice that leaked out all over the bottom it had lettuce in it which was terrible. Worst burrito I ever got from El Pollo loco. Update. El Pollo loco reached out to me with concern about my post.
