Hector's Taqueria Fresh Mexican Food

I called to place a catering order and was told that someone would call me back to confirm it. Unfortunately, I never received a callback. When I followed up to check on the status, I was informed that they could not accommodate an order for 12 people.

I don’t understand why this would be difficult; it was just tacos, beans, and rice. Please do better next time.

Spot is so good! Hector the owner is super cool. Been going for years, sleeper spot. Get a super carne asada burrito and thank me later haha. I’m from the bay so this place hits home.

I like the shrimp tacos and the lengua tacos. I haven’t seen the grumpy lady in a while so I am raising my rating to 4 stars. They are all stingy on how many salsa they will give you.

Fantastic smaller spot with reasonable prices and generous portions. Not a lot of space inside but sizeable patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Good for takeaway as well as eating at the restaurant.

Not authentic Mexican food, way too much beans in everything including on the tacos. Never been served a taco with beans on it.

Was hoping this wasn’t another unsatisfying place to eat and disappointment strikes again. Order 2 burritos that were supposed to come with rice, beans pico and meat. Guess they were out of rice. The asada taste like it was dragged through ash and not even good at all. However, their lengua was good tasting. So sad that a Mexican restaurant can’t even make a simple burrito well or with described ingredients on menu. Very disappointing and terrible food

This place is always so 🔥. Meats are flavorful, cilantro is always so fresh, and their pico is a great, balanced blend. Fast & friendly too. If you’re feeling like a fatty, get the asada fries! 🤤

It was decent

Tacos were pretty good definitely different then your traditional taco and alot bigger with beans 🫘 on top of the tacos 🌮

Came back to try the asada fries, they do not disappoint. Did a 50/50 pastor/asada mix. They stack it high on the plate, you won't need to eat for the rest of the day when you have lunch here! Both salsas are great.
