It felt like going into someone's house. Very cozy place and food came out quickly. I usually rely on Yelp photos because I'm not very familiar with the dishes, so I like to see what I may order. Susan was so sweet and while we decided what to eat, she pulled my daughter aside and drew her picture. It was so quick and she's so talented. I appreciated the detail.
Husband ordered combination chow fun, I ordered fried pork and then we got the steamed dumplings with pork. Everything was so delicious and fresh. Beware that portions are big. We had half leftovers to take home, even though we were starving when we got there.
Service really top notch. Will be back again!

Wow, asked for change and owner stated that just enough change for tip! Really? Almost no people during lunch hour and very rude owner. Will never come back. Sorry, lost business forever. Food is decent but not worth the attitude.

Truly the worst restaurant Ive ever been too and the worst service Ive ever received. Extremely unpleasant lady, no greeting and very rude. Dont get me started on the food, might as well drink a bottle of cooking oil. The greasiest and saddest unseasoned chinese food Ive ever had. Did not deserve a tip whatsoever and the lady literally, followed my boyfriend all the way to our car demanding we leave 15% of the tip, she said she was going to charge $5 on my card automatically anyways. that it was their “policy”. I scribbled out the tip part so that she wouldn’t try to charge anything and she still did. I never write reviews but I have to come on here and complain and tell ya’ll, youre all much off going to the Oxnard location.

Absolutely cluttered and mismanaged. I asked for water and this lady goes into a deep freezer with bare hands and puts ice in a greasy grey cup. No sanitary conditions whatsoever.The lady at the front demanded that I leave a tip after competing the transaction and nearly made it a requirement. Afterwards she commented that this wasn’t Mexico and that I’m not back in my country to be acting like a immigrant. She then proceeded to change my amount on a receipt I had already signed. I’m notifying my bank and I am never recommending this place to anybody ever. One of the worst lunch experiences I’ve ever had.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is dirty and disgusting. The lady, I’m assuming the owner since she’s always there, is such a rude human being. This place should be shut down. It’s insane they are even still open. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant
Great food, staff is very friendly. They use scechzuan peppercorns for their mapo tofu, and everything is moderately spiced.

I ordered take out. The order wss ready when i arrived. The primary problem was the oily/greasiness of the food that I purchased. The old grease that they used to cook the chicken did a job on my stomach. My stomach is still upset 2 days later.

We were looking to get some good quick Chinese take out. We hit a homerun with Hunan Garden. We ordered way too much food but oh well. We get some good leftovers for the next day or so. The customers service was excellent and the food was delicious. We ordered beef fried, chicken with broccoli, chicken with soft noodles, shrimp with lobster sauce, and egg rolls. We would definitely go back to this place again.
