Good boba place with 3 size options, sweetness adjustment available, and multiple flavor and topping options. Jasmine milk tea has a good tea flavor. Boba was good quality.

Not bad for an outlet mall location. The drinks were good. Made quickly and as ordered. The flavors were good. We got the Taro Milk Tea with milk foam and egg custard, a strawberry peach tea, and a lychee tea slush.
The staff could have been a little more friendly. She likely was having a bad day. Didn't smile. Didn't greet. When I asked her to repeat herself as I didn't hear her (I'm hard of hearing) she looked annoyed. When I first inquired about cheese foam or milk foam she just tapped her hand on a sign that was on the counter instead of speaking and telling me my options. I felt very rushed and I was the only person on line at the moment.
Otherwise, no issues. Parking is tough here on the busy days so this likely isn't a spot you want to come to just for a boba tea as you'll likely have to park far and walk over.
Parking: It can be really tough on the busy days and weekends. I was here for labor day and we parked far.

I got a strawberry milk tea and rose tea we got it gritty and undeniable. One of the drinks was over all nasty to the point we had to throw it away.

Always extremely busy and crowded, if you do it right with the self-order kiosk and just stay away from all the “Oblivions” - the excellent staff here will have you in and out in less than 5 minutes. Make sure to tip for everyone they have to deal with!

Great selection of boba drinks. The quality of the drink is OK compared to other places, but the variety is great. Also like the option to customize sugar levels. Service was also very fast

Nice little place. Lots of options to choose. I got confused by so many options, I just chose whatever was in the first panel of the menu. I could have chosen better. I did like the flavor though.
