I am very appreciative of Clara’s service as she asked all the right questions to make sure she made our drink perfectly. Although she does tend to keep apologizing (in her own words) for “bothering us too much” “being so slow” when there was no other customer in there, and “asking all these stupid questions”. She also upgraded our drink to a large (in her own words again) to “compensate for all those stupid questions”.
My partner had a different experience a few months ago where he has told her he wanted the consistency of our smoothie to be a bit thicker as a different worker made it watery, she then started talking down on her self saying that it’s all her fault and that she never gets anything right, she then gave these drinks to us for free… my partner insisted on paying bc it wasn’t her fault at all but she said that customers are always right and didn’t let him pay. idk why she had taken it that way….
i just hope she is okay.

The best thing about this place was the manager in the morning 1-25-26, she is amazing and professional!! She adds a warmth to Jamba Juice that I never experienced. She is the most considerate service worker I ever have had the pleasure to do business with.

I love this Jamba Juice! The atmosphere is great and the employees are always very friendly. I’d consider myself a regular here so I do feel bad that I can’t tip them as I don’t carry cash, I think the store could benefit from one of those electronic tip devices. But what do I know? Anyways, great place! The peanut butter moo’d is my go-to.

Best Jamba Juice ever! They helped me with an issue I had with the app and felt so relieved that I was able to get my lunch and back to work within minutes. I didn’t catch the names of the team members but it was during the lunch rush today and will forever be grateful!
came in for a medium smoothie and honestly was the strangest customer service experience. I went up and kindly asked if the drink was mine since it looked like razz matazz. She said mine was almost done and she was going as fast as she can and i just give a nod of acknowledgment. She repeated to say this 4 times and I just ignored it at first but she kept repeating it. Then even though I didn’t say anything, she said sorry she is an idiot and she going as fast you can several times. I never even said anything lol. I even said to her I never said anything and she kept repeating i am sorry i am an idiot. I am not sure if she is not well or she was trying to mock me but honestly was uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back.

Kendrick was so helpful and clever! He helped me with a large order of smoothies for pick-up at the end of the day today, and had it all nicely packaged and even carried the boxes to my car. Perfect birthday treat for a group and excellent customer service!
