came in for a medium smoothie and honestly was the strangest customer service experience. I went up and kindly asked if the drink was mine since it looked like razz matazz. She said mine was almost done and she was going as fast as she can and i just give a nod of acknowledgment. She repeated to say this 4 times and I just ignored it at first but she kept repeating it. Then even though I didn’t say anything, she said sorry she is an idiot and she going as fast you can several times. I never even said anything lol. I even said to her I never said anything and she kept repeating i am sorry i am an idiot. I am not sure if she is not well or she was trying to mock me but honestly was uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back.

Kendrick was so helpful and clever! He helped me with a large order of smoothies for pick-up at the end of the day today, and had it all nicely packaged and even carried the boxes to my car. Perfect birthday treat for a group and excellent customer service!

This place is the bomb. I love me some Pomegranate Paradise and Greens and Ginger! Get to know your Juice Angel and they will get your drink to your exact liking once you've come in enough. Tipping your Juice Angel is good karma too. To the fools complaining about wait time: you're getting a drink freshly made right in front of you. If you are the only one in there and there are no online orders it takes a few minutes. If there are online orders it could take a while. You are not the center of the universe and may have to wait, oh no! Chill the f out and be patient while your drink is hand made, or go to the market and buy some premade smoothie junk and complain about that. These Juice Angels take your order AND make it for you AND clean up after each order. Throw a buck in that empty tip jar, or at least your change!

cute little Jamba place tucked in a little corner! Customer service is great and smoothies well made in timely manner! Recently got the Razzmatazz and added bursting strawberry boba pops (which I didn't know was ever an additive like when did this start happening) when I saw that...I had to add it and wow was it a great decision! It made the smoothie 10 x better! The bursting of the strawberry within my Razz juice made me giddy and happy with each sip that when I was out of the pops I was sad and wish I had more!Def recommend this little Jamba spot in Camarillo near the Roxy movie theater.

This mango a go go smoothie was so watery it was like a juice and it didn't even taste like mango. I'm also a shift lead at Jamba juice in sacramento and it was shocking to see how long they took with 3 employees to just make one smoothie. not to mention the açaí primo bowl looked so messy and was dripping out from its container. definitely disappointing and it was hard to refrain myself from going into the back and making it myself LOL

Love Jamba Juice, but they are closing shops... 2 near me - so far... I've got 12 banana point rewards, prolly gonna expire before I can use them. * wouldn't be giving this additional review if not for the constant text messages asking my opinion. I've given my opinion in the past already, and I absolutely love, Jamba juice... Unfortunately, I can't enjoy them as much as I used to be able to. Please bring back the stores to Oxnard or Port Hueneme.
